Can lightning strike twice in the same place. I unboxed a very similar Miele a while ago that blew up and caused me to soil my underpants. Hopefully this Miele, complete with the optional power head will not explode.
So glad i saw this video. Ive just paid 15.00 off of a lady for exactly the same vacuum, as my henry blew up. This hoover has everything with it , attachments, spare dust filters etc & bags. Looks like new. Tried it last night & cleaned my carpets top nitch & I'm so impressed with the suction power on it. Going to keep this vacuum rather than splash out on a new one. Thanks for the video, throughly enjoyed watching it. I thought i had brought a monster piece of equipment but see its real class .
I bought one of these last week and it came today. Mine does not have an electro brush but does have the PTO socket, which I was pleased to find as I thought it was just blanked over in the Ebay pics.
Great video Roger. I wonder how your Sebo Automatic upright will perform on your new plush carpet, and if the automatic height adjustment will be effective.
👁️💖 the old boxy style looking miele vacuum cleaners and i like this video too , and how about trying a kirby vacuum cleaner with the tech drive on you're new plush carpet Roger 🙂
Such a nice machine! It sounds like the brush isn’t spinning very well does it have a stretch belt? I’m sure a new belt would breathe a whole new life into that nozzle
You should try to find a Rainbow D4 with an R2800 series (rectangular) power head with the top vent carpet selector, as it won't suck down to the carpet. The new SRX has re-incorporated that vent as well and so has the zero g hovering canister. It's a nice Miele, if you have the hose from the other one, keep both so one is for the power nozzle and the other is for the regular attachments. That's how Rexair configured the Rainbow vacuums up to before the blue/platinum series was with two hoses. The power nozzle on Rainbows had a long cord from the power head to the machine up to the D4, like your miele.
hi there, not sure if you will see this but i bought a numatic George recently from eBay its in good used condition and worked perfect twice but i just finished doing my stairs and there were bubbles coming from the side vents! the bubbles were brown so im guessing it was dirty water. any ideas why this could have happened? i`m pretty sure i set up the machine properly the filter was securely fitted.
I know they're spendy to import, but with your new carpet you might have to look into more American vacuums. I remember the 90s and early noughts Kenmore bagged canisters being quite satisfying.
