Glad it's still there! That lower incandescent Auxiliary signal is a polycarbonate Crouse-Hinds, definitely isn't new, it's most likely from the 80s. Many intersections didn't have pedestrian signals back in the day.

Ped signals existed since around the 40s I think, but were a major introduction in the 60s-70s. They are common practice now.
