Great vlog. Not many designers show or like to admit where/how they source their references. I think being transparent with it helps normalize that we all get our ideas from somewhere and not everyone has to make completely unique pieces.

Nice video and thanks for sharing! In Tokyo, do they have lower price second hand stores? Most of the one I’ve see you in are still pretty pricey. When I used to read and checkout those Japanese mags, most of the resale store look like they sold everything collectable. From toys, clothes, vintage furniture and sneakers. Are there stores like that still in Tokyo? The reason I’m asking is I’m in San Francisco and I can find great stuff at thrift stores and resale stores like Crossroads. Oh I just scored and found a vintage Claude Montana leather jacket from the 80s at a junky sidewalk sale for $8. I thought it was really dated until I started watching your videos and the trend is returning back to being oversized with Dolan sleeves of the 80s. So my $8. CM jacket is back in style.
