One of the most underrated (or properly rated for those who know) part of Tokyo is the secondhand select shops. So many steals and reasonably priced grails and most of the time the condition is almost like new like in the video as well. The Japanese folks really take good care of their garments and then sell them for like 20-30% of its retail price.
