I would love to see a multiplayer version of this challenge. Maybe will a slightly bigger world but i think it would be great for the viewers. Good to see challenge videos are making it to Vintage Story.

My thought would be 5 lives but make it so you can fall/work off the edge of the world. If you could work off the edge, you could make they chunk a bit larger with gathered soil for farming on the off chase you got vegetable seeds. I'm not sure if it's playable with the molemen if they never have a place they can go to despawn, though that may have been the rift activity. Looking forward to next week and may have to try this myself.

maybe you realize this later but i believe that uncooked fish meat is more nutritious, another idea is to play on Homo Sapiens mode to remove mole men but things like building dirt houses will need to be out of packed dirt and make sure to change the random spawn distance as it will spawn you out of your chunk

With the butchering mod, you could make a bone pickaxe to gather stone and make lots of stone knives with them. It will solve the knife problem

Don't measure the success by duration, measure my progression. It doesn't matter if you can die and respawn allowing eternal play, you never get out of the stone age and never create any type of security.
