Congratulations on 1 year🎉. When you are creating the dough you can refill the water bucket without closing the crafting window. Put the bucket in you selected hotbar slot and click on the water source with your mouse.
Really cool idea! Also to conserve hunger I thing sitting down slows your hunger rate? (also sidenote, what mods for your hud are you using? they look pretty neat!)
I've tried 1x1 and 2x2 chunk worlds a few times, and I think you really need to allow yourself to reroll a couple times or start with some manually spawned resources; the game is unplayably brutal for any amount of time if you don't have a handful of things in your world simultaneously: trees, water, clay, dirt, cattails, metal deposits, flax, some sort of food crop, and ideally a resin source. A few resources can be obtained from panning, but only in limited quantities, and lack of storage options at the beginning makes panning extra tedious. Flax fibers can in principle be gathered from monsters, but the drop rate is terrible. Generous metal deposits, tool lifespan, and tree growth speed are also good ideas if you actually want to survive long enough to develop technology before you completely exhaust your chunk's resources. Definitely interested in seeing more folks tackle this kind of challenge, though.
For chunk progression you can make a 1 world chunk and if you lastx 2 days you can choose 10 items to take to the next chunks. Then you make a 2 world chunk and spawn the items in in creative
As to worst chunk ever: I was inspired to try this by you. Well, I did a normal setup except I didn't want to perhaps spawn off the map. I set my spawn to 0, the original spawn. I spawned halfway up an eighty to one hundred block cliff with nowhere to jump to. It was Groundhog's Day, the driving off the cliff scene, every spawn. Better luck next week
In a challenge like this, I think you need some advantage that you can utilize to be able to make a go of it. Perhaps you allow yourself to creative in one item/block. Maybe a bucket of water or a copper pickaxe. One thing that you can choose once the chunk is loaded to give you a fighting chance. Otherwise the novelty will wear off pretty quick
Thanks for the video. I wish there was a way to have builders do this. Lay out some markers, maybe even the patrol routes and have them craft roads to them.

It has automatically generated English, which is not perfect ^^ If I do a 'clean' English version, the automatically generated versions of other languages would be better, from what I know :) In the same idea, maybe you still have the script of the video? If yes, you can use the free software 'Subtitle Edit' to convert it quickly into a subtitle version of it, and upload it yourself ;)
look at the ratio of assembly machines, crushers, etc... it is 3 compared to the original recipe. Example : Scientific Pack lvl 1 manually 10 machine parts (= 10 Xenoferite plates) + 8 Technum rods Lvl 1 Scientific Pack with assembler 30 machine parts (= 30 Xenoferite plates) + 24 Technum rods And it’s like that for all recipes.
" Blacksmith name " i love this mod as its nice to see who made something and it be part of a players legacy... I wish it did everything like pottery, clothes etc but I cannot code so Im guessing that may be harder as things like pottery can be placed. It makes all the Blacksmith's efforts worth it when people know their name ! and fits nicely with xskills
Underground trains aka subways? But, i can make a train station, and run the tracks underground. And they go under rivers. Am i missing something? And/or whats the difference?
Offset the work hours so you give villagers (in early game) so, leisure time around time blood moon hits and they are not useless and sleeping. This way they are awake and in camp. Slip a club into the workers inventory for them also.

Don't measure the success by duration, measure my progression. It doesn't matter if you can die and respawn allowing eternal play, you never get out of the stone age and never create any type of security.
