I fully agree. Had been hoping to find one at a good price. So glad I finally did.🙂 The lighting mechanism is pretty cool.

Great seeing a video on it. You did a good job digging up a bit of history on it.

Thank you. I haven't been able to find much about it yet. Hopefully will soon.

This is one of the lighters that had me really excited to get it working again. It has a pretty cool lighting mechanism.

Great little lighter! I got one too. Do you know where to find a new flint wheel? These ones have the claws on the left side, which is pretty rare. Cheers!

They really are a neat lighter. Cool lighting mechanism. As for parts, not sure where to get something for one of these other than another one to take parts off of. Unless, maybe, Aliexpress may have something? I purchase parts for Zippo inserts through them.

@@zippolyonsden1623 Thanks! I already checked there. But they only got wheels with claws on the right side.😪

Do you know what the smallest bottom screw is for? The one on the very end, which you can only open with a screwdriver? Thanks!

To be honest, I am really not sure why that screw is there. It's a little plug screw and all there is under it is the cotton wadding. Looks like a smaller version of the bigger one for the fuel.

@@zippolyonsden1623 Strange, isn't it? I just removed the wadding from the big compartment and also the one underneath the small screw. What an endeavour! I realized that the two compartments are somewhat connected, when I removed parts of the wadding by blowing through the wick whole. At first, I thought it would be a storage compartment for the spare flints, but since it is connected to the bigger one, I can rule that possibility out. Thanks so much for confirming that you had wadding in there as well!

@MarcusRobbin I also had thought it was a place to hold a spare flint. Glad to hear you are getting yours working again.
