We really love what we do here everyday at VintageHairstyling.com. So why not portray the fun in a commercial? What started as a little idea a couple months ago...became this 2 part Christmas morning story starring our sanguine heroine and her dashing holiday hero.
We hope you enjoy watching this just as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it.
The story begins Christmas morning. Our sanguine heroine wakes up as many of us do that day. It takes us a second or two, but it quickly sinks in that this is a special day.
She rolls quickly out of bed and rushes to her vanity, in her vintage 1930s sleeping gown of course. She had set her hair the night before in her Rockin' Rollers to get a beautiful vintage curl while she slept with no discomfort or poking hair pins.

She takes out the rollers and brushes out her curls and then consults her copy of Retro Makeup: Techniques for Applying the Vintage Look to decide how to do her makeup this morning.

When she is finished with her beauty routine, she rushes off to get dressed in her favorite 1950s holiday dress and meet her handsome holiday hero to exchange gifts.
