Hi, It might be the computer that you are using, immediately after creating a file on signmaster you will see a pop up requesting to save your work. When transferring your contour to a Vinyl cutter, make sure you are using a proper cable.

Good Morning. - Left size logo must be 7cm (70mm) (2.75 inches) wide, length will be determined by width, it must not be over 9cm wide. - back and front must be 15in (31.8cm) X 18in (45.7cm) print size maximum on standard setup. On the larger size a full front or back print on unisex tees would be roughly 12in (30.4cm) wide and 13 (33.0cm) in tall.

You have to set it up in the software, make sure widows is seeing the connection in device manager Remember not all software have the driver for all printer/cutter

Hi Joel, if the Text or Image that you want to print have blended colours, cut contour will not work, you will have to use a Sublimation printer.
