I got to give it to him. He got balls to straight up offer bribes in front of camera. Wala nang paligoy ligoy, bribe agad at human trafficking. The guy is pure absolute evil. Sometimes I think Bong is just wasting his time dealing with these people. Attempted bribery aside, after a few minutes talking to him, you know there is not one credible bone in his body. They say they didn't know that using fixers was illegal, and that the license isn't fake.... oh, they know. They just think that feigning ignorance will give them leniency.

Gasino lang na maglaan ng kulang kulang isang araw para lakarin ang lisensya. Kaya sobrang daming mangmang sa kalsada gawa ng hindi pamilyar sa signages, sa common road courtesy, at defensive driving, kasi hindi dumaan sa tamang proseso.

Na impound ang aerox nya na worth more than 100k.pero walang pang process ng legit license.😅
What this guy does not understand is that the fact that he did not go to the LTO office itself that is sketchy, he's even shocked that his license is fake despite knowing the fact that he made a deal with a fixer.

I have asked people without drivers license, fake drivers license and fixer(legit drivers license. usually the reason they give on why they dont want to apply at LTO are medical test, possible drug addicts, ignorant about the process and lazy to apply. For me, once you know how the process will take, it is very easy to get a drivers license.

The thing is, I don't even think "fixers" is the correct term anymore. Because 99% of the people on the street and offering online "assistance" are actually just straight up scammers. They will tell you that they have a contact inside, they'll show you some convincing photos that they stole some the facebook account of someone that actually works at LTO. But really all they're giving you is a fake license. I do agree with catching and arresting them. But just to clarify that it's more of a scam than anything else.

Sa America kapag nag offer ka ng kahit na anong lagay ay diretso ka sa kanilang kulungan. Kapag na-impound and sasakyan mo ay dapat ang puwede lang tumubos ay iyong original na may ari ng sasakyan hindi iyong ibang taong merong lisensya. Sa ating bansa lahat ay puwedeng gawin dahil sa palpak ang batas natin at walang nakukulong o nakakasuhan.
Weird, they would rather pay 7k or 10k to get a fake license "conveniently" than pay around 1k to get a real license (back in 2014 mga 1k lang ginastos ko sa LTO). Even if you have work, then file a leave? Clearly the issue of "I cant file a leave because I have to work" should not be an issue if they can cough up 10k for a fake license.

My old man always said that having a driver's license is a privilege, not a right. If you want or need to ride or drive a motor vehicle, go through the entire licensing process, beginning with the Theoretical Driving Course, followed by the obtaining of Student Permit, the Practical Driving Course, and finally the New License Application Process. I agree that it's so easy to obtain a driver's license even through the legal process, you only have to commit some of your time; they spent 7-10k with the help of a fixer and ended up with a fake license, whereas I spent less than 4k and it's even uploaded on the LTMS.
Man i oh man and some people have the audacity to say the government and the MMDA are anti poor. Judging by the looks of those motorcycles they don't look like the owners are poor, those bikes are modified and have customized parts . Heck they can afford to pay 7k-10k for a fake license, that's definitely not poor by any means.

I've seen people literally making a scene or getting mad to these officers even tho they were wrong, I appreciate the guy for telling the truth and still being respectful towards to these officers

Pakisabihan ang mga namumuno sa LTO sa kahit saang branch na ipahuli nila ang makikita nilang fixers. Nakikita sila mismo ng mga namumuno pero takip mata sila dahil ba may porsyento sila?
kaya ako gusto ko madalas magcheck point kasi marami talagang nagmomotor na walang lisensya at peke ang lisensya. may 4 wheels at motor ako pero para sakin hindi discrimination ang pagchecheckpoint lang sa motor.
