Violin Guy - RED [Official Visualizer] 

Music is super subjective like, you have to view it through a lens of "this is the writers take" on the color RED. But if you, the listener, find different meaning in the music then, great... I have done my job in making you reflect on the music through your own life experiences. My honest reason for why I wanna tackle a big project is to figure out what type and style of music I am really good at. Like This type of epic cinematic, dark stuff... I'm great at. The song I am releasing next week which is a little more happy and bright came out pretty good, I think with some practice I can get better. Slow sad type stuff i'm discovering pretty challenging. I think it just adds range to me as a songwriter. Is every take on the colors gonna be perfect, no. But Im still young, very green in the industry. If i am still doing this when I am 30 or something i would love to revisit a project like this and make a Colors II to show off how much I have grown as a songwriter, storyteller, and musician. (Violinist too but thats a given) I can give you some examples of artist in my space who have absolutely zero range in their writing capabilities... but in order to NOT put a giant target on my back I'm gonna keep my mouth shut 🤐, and just worry about myself, (while I silently judge my competition 😂). Another thing I really want to try and do is change the culture around violin music, its so boring and predictable now. Again not gonna drop names, but everyone tries to emulate 1 person, and in all honesty that person hasn't dropped anything genuinely good in what 6 years? And hasn't dropped anything of real substance in what 10 years? I'm just saying why are we so scared to do something different. Violinist are gonna kill this instrument unless someone says maybe there is a way both can be possible to capture the more "modern" and "pop" elements of music. While mixing in the more classical orchestras and abstract story telling tricks composers like Beethoven and Tchaikovsky used. Sorry this was such a long reply but I love talking nerdy stuff like this.

You May be worried you won't make it but if you keep producing awesome music the people Will take notice. The perfect example for this scenario: Lindsey Stirling. Her music is on a different level. Perhaps, some day, you Will get your break through just as she did.

Im probably gonna release all the sheet music for my songs in November- decemeber the way I write music is actually not notating but just making the music up as a I go along so I have to go back and notate everything. But I will get the music together
