I didn't want to make this viral recipe until I saw your take on it. I've never made a bad recipe from you. I cook almost exclusively laura vitale recipes. I preach the gospel of laura everywhere I go ❤️

My son is not a pasta and tomato sauce guy, but he gave this a try and all he kept saying was "man.. this is good.. really good!"... I made this THREE times in a row for dinner. so good. I used different cheeses and added spicey Italian sausage.

My nephew’s Greek in-laws who own a restaurant say this tik tok recipe is really old and originally came from Greece. Makes sense.

I just made this version with my daughter it’s amazing! We used fresh basil and followed the steps meticulously and it’s perfect 🙂

I tried this recipe out for dinner with my housemates last night and it worked so well! I didn't have a Dutch oven so just used a large frying pan and it worked so well. I also didn't have a big enough blender so I simply whisked the feta and pasta water together. The shallots and garlic turned out so well too, can't wait to cook this again.

I did 4oz feta and 4oz mozzarella and it was awesome. Also added some diced-up grilled chicken breast and roasted mushrooms with the tomatoes.

Love that we can still see the old full-of-memories kitchen in the intro! Would give this recipe a try soon, love from Japan💕

This is an awesome recipe and take on the viral feta pasta! I think what you did was genius and smart by blending the feta with the starchy liquid from the pasta. That truly made it a creamy sauce and not an oily and clumpy mess like most people were experiencing! Enjoyed the video!

As fabulous as this version is, I am cringing at the amount of sauce that is wasted in that blender .

I think this recipe completely goes outside of what the original recipe is supposed to be about being, quick and dirtying only one container, but honestly, personally, I don't care, I prefer this one a thousand times over any other, in the end my mouth watered 🤤😋🤗

I made it & it turned out fantastic 😋😋 I didn't think I'd like the feta all that much but when I blended it with starchy pasta water, turned out very velvety

I removed the cheese to a bowl and added a couple of tablespoons or heavy cream then whisked until smooth

This looks so tasty! I’ve seen SO many versions- subbing cheeses, turning the sauce into a dip, etc. All looked good, but this is the first version I’ve seen that elevated the dish to something special, which was really fun to see! Also truly enjoyed the new kitchen. Absolutely gorgeous!

Wow brand new set and new cooking pots and pans.... I like the white !!!!

I'm sure yours is much better, but time is my lease available commodity, so I put pasta, oil, water (water to just a little more than cover pasta), and pre-readied veggies, ricotta, seasonings, etc, and cooked 6 min in the instant pot. Maybe not gourmet, but after being stirred up, truly delicious!

I followed your recipe and added my own twist, broccoli florets and topped with sautéed jumbo scallops. It was fantastic!

I made this recipe with one small difference. I blended all of the veggies after they were cooked as per your instructions along with the feta and some hot red pepper flakes and it made an unbelievable sauce.
