TY Akis! I have been needing to get to use up the pasta given to me.. I already saute the spinach that was given to me by my neighborhood pantry and I vacuum sealed it to freeze it. It's stays good for quite a while. Stay safe!

Tried it tonight for the first time. Belter. Halved the ingredients to make for two. Good quantities. Really nice - simple and quick to make. You know exactly what is going into it - except perhaps the cream cheese. Is there a Greek variety that you recommend?

Couple of questions, instead of feta would you add riccota to make it let's say more of an Italian version? Secondly, cream cheese can't be substituted by anything meaning is it obligatory to be used? Thirdly, if I wish to add nuts, pine nuts or crushed hazelnuts is fine? Moreover, apart from the dill could I add mint at the very end for the freshness alongside with the lemon zest? Thanks.

You can use riccota and mint but the taste will be different. There is no substitute for the cream cheese.

I make what I call a Greek Feta Pasta. The same ingredients as you, but I also included shrimp, tomato sauce, and lemon juice. It’s one of my all time favorites! From Southern California with love. 💋 PS your hair looks amazing, very sexy!! Stay well.

Gonna make it. I heard that lemon and garlic are not friends. Lemon wins, and the garlic is 'cancelled'. Is that true? So maybe if I'm out of garlic, it isn't that important.
