To a murderer, murder is a part of their human nature, but we don't go around passing laws, and incentivising murderers to run rampant . ( well, except the military, which has to try and coarse us into joining it, because almost no human beeing would preffer to go out there and kill people they don't know, sleep in mud and cold, instead of living comfortably within a safe home with their family) So how about human nature ?
