Almost all of the owners of these phones don’t even realise that their phones are this dirty. They come in to buy a new cable, or tell me that their charging port is broken and needs replacement

Using any tool in the charging port is dangerous if you’re not sure how to use it. We clean hundreds of ports every year without damaging a single one of them, but we do see some damaged ports coming in after unsuccessful DIY cleaning attempts

Sometimes the customer is waiting for the phone and I don’t want to hold them up for too long
