What a game...I still got UVA as the fav to win the ACC, there so well balanced and disciplined..I expect them to give Zion and RJ much more trouble in the rematch
On average way more lit than NBA games, yes. This stadium(Cameron Indoor) is particularly small relative to most college stadiums and their fans have a reputation for going pretty wild, so it's a combination for a crazy atmosphere. But many college basketball stadiums get lit as well, especially during rival games.
Yea Dukie I love y'all hard fought game from start to finish Tre was definitely miss but RJ and Zion step up in his absence and respond well also CAM Defense on Kyle Guy was great we definitely need Cam and his defense for this game and Marquis and the role player was great today way to bounce back from a heart breaking lost this week Duke for 6👊💪
Cam asserting himself consistently on offense is gonna open up a new dynamic for Duke on both ends. His length, handle and shooting ability all together make his skillset peculiar to Zion and RJ
I searched for this game just to hear the U-M-B-C chant. Does anyone know where it is on here? Lol 🤣😂😅 University of Maryland-Baltimore County. I'd never even heard of that school prior to that historic upset!!
Analyze Perspective nah. It’s not RJ or Zion fault that he doesn’t get 20, if anything it should be easier bc teams key on them. He needs to drive to the rim harder and be patient and shoot good shots.
Dan Takemoto definitely not trash, just seems like he has to relax and play more physical. and actually use his length. He’s had good games, just not consistent as the other 3 freshman.
Even tho cam reddish is super talented there are some serious concerns about him going into the draft. Being the third option definitely makes it tough but his numbers should not be this poor. Over his last 8 games he's averaging 10ppg on 29% shooting from the field.
I've never seen faster feet than Zion's. This dude's is something special at that size. But I think as he gets older his size may become a factor....hopefully he maintains his weight.
+Noah K21 - Basically he was close enough to look like he made contact. I don't think it should've been a foul, but that's just where basketball is these days.
IDK what the hells going on with Cam, he needs to demand the ball and be more aggressive on both ends of the floor. It just seems like even when he is having a good game its super quiet.
Players like Zion the reason why 6'10 to 7'0 and better players have to either be quick and agile or you can't play unless another big man plays on the opposite team them big guys was trying but he to explosive at 6'7 .
Ronald Walker actually nope. Because dudes like Zion are the reason why people like Draymond Green have one ok season and think they deserve a super max and then are taking a pay cut to stay on a super team because anywhere else they are avg lol. At least Green can kinda on a lucky day take a jumper. Dude can’t shoot the ball has avg handles and just tries and play bully ball. NBA players are licking those lips waiting for this dude to come so they don’t have to play defense all game and can just chill in the paint.
@@samaustin4532 yeah you a Zion hater how can you compare draymond to Zion they are nothing alike or you just don't knw basketball because you only have 3 seconds in the paint. The only reason why Zion don't shot as much as he did in high school is because they have shooting his job is to probe and get easy buckets on 7 footers nobody on this planet can stop him without fouling. Draymond averaged like 12 points a game in college I can't believe you just made that statement.
Duke havin a hard time in recent games! Seems like upcoming teams already know in what kinda offensive rush theyre getting into... Tre missing is a huge factor!
That is because they are facing actual born to ball powerhouse collegiate basketball programs instead of weak colleges. The teams they scheduled to face 2nd half of the season are just like Duke in terms of taking basketball seriously.
Cool story.....Waited for this game all week, went to my local bar to pregame and....long story short got blacked out and fell asleep at 5pm right before the game. Just woke up and its 11pm...fuck
@@mlbonfox8199 I wouldn't say with ease. Virginia, a team that's shoots 40% behind the arc, went 3-17 tonight. That's 18%, yikes. Seemed like the rim had a lid on it. But it was a good game, cant wait for the rematch in Virginia!
Zion needs to work on his conditioning . That's whats hurting his free throw percentage. Please send him to NYK we need it bad. Big Time's Square Billboard i see it now.
