if you count from the gameplay side, then Kelvin has more speed, but, they are both great allies, Kelvin can sometimes break the tree on which your house is, but I think they will fix it, but he is defenseless, and you just give Virginia a gun, and that's it, she will take out everyone who is nearby, and she will have endless ammo
