Great review, at that price point I'll stay with the Steiner MPS which I am at 2 years now and just replacing 1632 battery 2 times a year, because it doesn't have MOTAC/shake awake and a 3.3 moa dot.

This mailbox seems to deliver on target. I like the top loading battery idea, so you don't have to mess with the mount or the aim point to replace the battery. I'd have to look through the box to make sure it does not obstruct too much of my peripheral field, but I think I would like this set up. Thanks for the review.

I have a Romeo 7s in green and it's not my favorite so I have also stayed away from Green dots since but I would like to try a viridian because they only use green. Also Green dots used to always have lower battery life because it took more power to get green bright enough.

I'm 100% with you on this! Never liked green, due to it not being done well in past optics. And lower battery life. But this one has impressed me!

Do you shoot out there on week days? If I’m right about where you are,the weekends when it’s not 115 are crowded.

I shoot on the weekends mostly. Usually in the Marana/Red Rock area off Park Link Rd. This particular video was done out past the Sasco smelter.

I only have optics on one of my pistols. I have lasers on the rest. The problem i have with optics is the fogging. Really worried about needing to use my gun while trying to look through fog. 😮

Fogging is an almost never issue. While yes, there was some condensation in this video. It was also a very very extreme circumstance. Optics will forever be objectively better than a laser could ever be as well. You're better off just using your regular sites than a laser. I'm not sure where or how you picked up this fear of fogging, as if it is a common thing. But I would 100% reconsider if I were you.
