Seems Windows has taken the card of the controller as its own sound card .. either as playback device or record device for Windows. So of course it's not VirtualDJ but Windows who changed the default audio device. And windows tend to do that every time you install a new device, or you plug on a different USB port. VirtualDJ tries to release the drivers and takeover ASIO. For some units it works, but for some others it doesn't. In other words ... if asio fails, software doesnt play anything... And as mentioned ... it is not a VirtualDJ issue ... it is more likely a windows issue ... ( just saying that to avoid any inappropriate panic regarding our software :-)
Mine wasn't popping up on youtube? Could it be that I don't have a video card in this computer. I've tried really hard to like this asus all in one but it does NOT cut the cake. no video card, no voice either.

Hey, I got a pioneer ddj sb3 connected to virtual dj everything works but no sounds on the headphones either channel. But if works on my other computer. Please help out a brother
Am djing from the headphones now sounds tiny better getting very confused with trying to get best audio asio or waspi etc any help be great windows 10 updated now crackly. Does the sz2 have really good dac?
Does this same concept apply to MAC users ? I’m having this same problem too -I have the driver installed (DDJ SX3) -I plug it in it detects the mixer -both decks say mute and I can’t use the controller Is this a midi mapping problem ?
Hi my virtual dj won't play unless I touch the deck to activate play even though I selected the song and press P for play it still won't unless I touch the deck with the cursor I'm a keybord DJ....can you help
