Make time for training with weights and join Lauren Updyke for a 30 minute intermediate class each Tuesday and Thursdays.
You will need two sets of weights at least (5lb - 25lb range) and a chair. This class will include total body and focus on both large and small muscle groups. We will finish with core and stretching.
Lauren's Background - Lauren has spent her entire career in Health and Wellness. She has her Masters in Exercise Physiology and is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Lauren was a Division 1 collegiate track athlete and has coached over 10,000 individuals online from all over the world. Lauren managed the Wellness program at Duke University and Hospital for 13 years as fitness and health education manager and has been at the UW for nearly seven years and loves being a Husky.
