Vision City is a modern, unique residential neighborhood in Kigali with state of the art infrastructure and amenities; advantageously located 3km from the Central Business District and 6km from the Kigali International Airport.
I don't like clone construction it looks lifeless, even with people in it, i like construction diversity and uniqueness, with builder and owner choices, therefore it should be bought before being constructed even if the urbanism and location is already set the design should be ordered by the buyer, this is more of a fail than anything else but because it's africa and people there are used to either die of something or live in bad/poor conditions then architectural fails like this one are considered as amazing next to those other african sad lives...
This is the consequences of having a visionary president who would not be playing the blame game but rather stay focus and not allowed the past event of genocide to deter him from doing just good, in my country the present administration keep blaming the past administration for their inability to developed the country
I did share this on my FB page, as I'm helping my friend get 30 people together to visit Africa, at a reduced rate or even provide free transportation from the US. So if you come across anyone who wants to visit Rwanda, please let me know.
It doesn't have to include government to develop a country, stop spending unnecessarily and start saving to develop, property is the best investment option.
@@umuvugaukurilaveritejustel2621 I LOVE Africa. I lived in Tanzania for two years and I want the best for Rwanda/Burundi. I know the struggle. I also know that BLACK Rwandans will not be the ones able to afford these homes. Chinese, Europeans and white Americans will descend on the country and take advantage of the people!! 😎👁
DO NOT LIKE THE GATE PART... so I unliked the vid... and unsubscribed, too... sorry... would like to see more embracing and inclusive... more solutions... if it does take a village to raise a child
All the Thanks to the Chinese, ya? Or perhaps to the French, yes? All the finishings manufactured in Rwanda too? Where is the "African Style" in this modern city? This could be anywhere in the world. Why not design your modern cities with an "African flair" of UNIQUENESS? Mr & Mrs Follow Follow, never leaders, always followers!
Everything takes time. The priority for now is to increase the availability of housing, perhaps in the future such considerations can be accommodated. Try being more patient and thankful and a little less critical.
Bitch shut up, you want African style why not build mud house and trees, and keep farming, world is being digitalized and you are talking about African style, Africa has more than 3000 ethnicity so which style are you talking about, why not stop using any form of technology including your damn phone and go strictly Africa you dumb shit pro Africa my ass
@@NegSteLucie A lesson of discernment: Try to "THINK" before you comment. I guess you are "French" not a True Proud African, yes? Be a Leader and not a follower to others.
