Visit to the MEBOIII on August 20, 1999 during RNI RSL 1999 

During the course of 1998 I first heard about plans for an RNI RSL in the UK. On August 19, 1999 I left Hoek van Holland by boat (the HSS Discovery) and arrived during the afternoon in Harwich. The next day I visited the MEBO III (aka LV18), at a position off Holland-on-Sea. Bob-Le-Roi gave a tour on the LV18 while Phil Mitchell was presenting his program.
