Visit to Western Antique Aeroplane and Automobile Museum 

We visited last MARCH. YOU ARE CORRECT. THE MUSEUM IS WORLD CLASS. THE TOWN IS LOVELY AS WELL.

What a magnificent collection! I remember seeing the Fairchild Duramold in a Bakersfield, California as a boy. So happy to see it saved. The St. Louis YPT-15 "Street Car" was owned by Bob Deford of Prescott, Arizona. I heard it was sold and damaged beyond repair. I hope this flies, it's a one and only too. This museum now tops my bucket list! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS! Your daughter is adorable.

I'm still amazed with the sheer amount of vintage birds in US, there are so many museums and so many prewar airplanes in them. Here, in Eastern Europe we had lots of small and large series aircraft that did not survive the war, sadly. Any work you did on restauration is cool and commendable.
