Hellas Planitia, deepest crater of Mars with the most atmosphere and therefore the least lethal cosmic radiation... Also it should be the last place, where it would have liquid water before everything dried up, and hence the highest possibility of finding fossils of ancient life, if it ever happened over there.

I'd see the caldera at Pavonis Mons and then go to visit Echus Chasma, the sight of the largest waterfall in the Solar System, enormous 4km tall.

Are you able to tile the surfaces of an entire planet or moon with meshes of various resolution so only the highest resolution is close to the camera?
