All of Downtown LA is dark place period. In the 1930s a serial killer name The Brick Bat Bandit murdered people nightly until he was caught there.

I stayed there for 29 days in 2013 when I was running away from my life that had turned into a nightmare. It's definitely creepy with bad vibes. I was extremely depressed and thought about jumping out of my window several times. There was a comicon convention and many people were staying at the hotel dressed as ghouls and demons 😈 I thought that I was in hell. They kicked people out after 29 days because if you stay there for a month you become a legal tenant with rights. I'm glad it didn't kill me.

@@poodtang2104 yeah you know it mate, I just can’t even imagine it to be totally honest with you, it sickens me to just think about it, and why anyone would want to move into a apartment in there I’ll never know. I don’t know where you are from but I’m in Britain and there’s a lunatic asylum that they are about to close down, it was built in the Victorian times and it’s called Broadmoor and believe it or not they are gonna turn it into a hotel, can you imagine that? I’m a very spiritual person and have been since my early childhood I’ve just turned 59 years old and believe me you would think that they would demolish the asylum, because I can imagine that place is full of lost souls wandering the corridors, it would be so much better to demolish and set the spirits free, because as long as it’s still standing although it will a modern building the spirits will forever see it as it was when they were in there. It will be exactly the same for the people who lost their lives in this hotel they should demolish it also. Anyway you are right I would’ve thought that the people who drank the water in the hotel would’ve come down with some sort of terrible illness even life threatening I would’ve thought, I’ve heard that it’s easy to sue people in America, well if I’d drank the water i would’ve ran straight out of the hotel straight into the nearest lawyers office, fucking right I would’ve. Take care of yourself buddy wherever you are in the world from Stevie boy in Britain

When the Hotel was still just the Cecil and not Stay On Main, my brother and I stopped by just to take a look at the lobby and I had one of the scariest experiences ever. Outside, there was a man and I swear he had fully black eyes and not in a contacts type of way. He looked full on demonic. And he would not stop staring at us. And as someone who loves the occult and all things horror, I never thought something like that would freak me out but I forced us to leave after that!

Science basically confirming the existence of super intelligent extra dimensional beings and that they do indeed exist and they are summonin them into our world using the Dwave. I think it important to note that Elisa Lam was suffering massively with her mental health, she had stopped taking her meds and this may have led to a schizophrenic episode sadily. It also should be noted the area the hotel is located in would lend it to having tragic episodes happening within it due to so many vulnerable people in a small geographical location. As for the serial killers, they prayed on the vulnerable and given the area, this would have attracted them to here, it was also cheap to stay in.

Wtf? That’s insane. Especially with the story of the dead Asian girl that was killed and left in the water tank up on the roof. My goodness.

No one knows if she was killed or not... Could’ve possibly been suicide.

Glad you finally did a video on Cecil Hotel. I had made a comment about it on one of your other recent videos. Scary place. It's like the hotel in the movie 1408. The area around it is even scarier. Skid row.

I often wonder why these cursed places exist. Aokigahara and Appalachia are also places I’d put in the same category. It’s like the place itself is the reason bad things happen there.

6:29 the handwritten sign in the window indicates that sometimes someone is available there to accept package deliveries, which indicates to us that the place isn't completely vacant & abandoned, so don't be too spooked when the 24/7 live cam pointing at the hotel shows lights turning on/off around the hotel all night.

Grimmlife great video. The U2 rooftop video was recorded live in LA in like 1986 or so. I lived there at the time. It was cool. Cheers James.

So i read this comment, then checked for myself. I totally see what your talking about! Wonder if it was maybe just someone who lives there walking by. But the quick stride and movement definitely looks like it might be paranormal. Good find!!!
