Dr Saad, a joy to see and hear you again. Agree, the many channels on narcissism keep one on a treadmill. There is clearly a need for a more spiritual approach. Looking forward to your wise words.

I watched your initial series several years ago and it absolutely accelerated my healing. I’m so grateful you will be doing this as I feel too that it’s a good time to evolve our understanding further. I agree that the current definitions have stagnated on pigeon-holing and type-casting and could use a higher perspective. Thank You!

I have missed you! Welcome back. You look well. The world needs your soothing voice, intentional commentary, and groundbreaking ideas. What? Authenticity? Seeking truth? Searching for a better way? Radical! LOL My thoughts on the Narc content is that it has become an echo chamber and not providing a reflective path toward healing. All of us need to be challenged to become the best version of yourself, and in my tradition, humility and gratitude are foundational.

I’ve only been listening to your lectures for a short while but I have come to have such appreciation for your content and delivery. I found your videos on shadow work and transformation to be incredibly helpful. Yes, we are hanging by our fingernails and perhaps not everyone will take the lifeline you are trying to throw out to us, but there are MANY that will. Considering how bad life can get for some of us you may truly be saving lives. Thank you!

Oh welcome back Dr Saad. Greetings from England. I 'm over joyed to see you today and it seems like an answer to prayer. I never cease to be amazed at the serendipity in my life. In the last few days I have been watching your Transformation videos. That led me on to Ennaegram Test. I'm a 6. My initial reaction was to realise how accurate this is but it did nothing for my self worth. Rather like when I had (bad) counselling it brought up negative feelings especially shame. The next question is "where do I go from here?" and there you are. I've suffered narcistic abuse and spent hours watching RU-vid. Yes for me I seem to be treading water. My faith and YT videos especially yours has brought me this far but I would so like your guidance. Typical 6 😄!!!

So happy you are back. 🙌 My experience with a narcissist came to a head after the death of my lifelong friend. She was the funeral director, and then the grief counsellor who decided she wanted me as a friend instead. My life fell apart after the discard… I had no idea what to call the experience I went through. Dark night of the soul… worst pain I went through in my life… which lead to guilt as it felt worse than loosing my best friend. Ultimately though, it lead me back to my authentic self, down a healing path. I now understand where it all began, in childhood, what trauma is, trauma bonding, parasympathetic nervous system, etc… what a journey. I love your work. Thank you 🙏 ⭐️If I can request one thing…. that awareness be made that narcissistic abuse happens not only in romantic relationships… part of my struggle initially was that most information is related to couples. This friendship broken my soul, and it was platonic… only knew her for a couple of months too. I have since spiritually awakened, but while in my suffering stage, I thought I’d die from the pain.

I am so happy to see you back and well, Dr. Saad! Thank you for this announcement, and I am looking forward to your new video series. For me, it is not so much that "the narcissism sphere" on RU-vid has gotten stale, as that I have become aware that I am now ready for new challenges, perspectives and understandings. I am very grateful for the channels that taught me earlier about such basics as the definition and aetiology of NPD, common tactics of the narcissist, and how to protect myself in conversations or even in legal matters. A particularly hard lesson early on was "you *really* can't achieve anything via a good-faith conversation with them"! I was grateful when the first basic lesson I learned from you was that I needed to calm/repair my own nervous system and take care of myself physically in general, regardless of the rest of the aftermath of my recent events. In my opinion, these "nuts-and-bolts" topics are still vital for those just now waking up and escaping the living nightmares they are in, as I was from around 2014-2019. But, I am glad you will be offering something new, which sounds like it may dovetail with my own next steps, in being somewhat spiritual. I appreciate the expertise and effort you bring to every video you produce, and I agree with your ethic of not just producing in order to produce, to get views, keep yourself popular, or whatever the goals are of those who are publishing more frequently, without necessarily bringing anything new to the table. God's blessings and my thanks to you, Dr. Saad.

So glad you’re back! Thank you for your content and commitment to this topic. It has helped me tremendously! I’ve spent the last year reviewing your videos and trying to cultivate within myself some of your key concepts like identifying what Liminal Space is. That topic really spoke to me and helped me identify that perhaps I was NOT sinking into depression but that I was in an uncomfortable LIMINAL Space. That was truly liberating! So, now I’m trying to cultivate a new routine to break out of procrastination and live a healthier life. It’s not easy but it is fun as I challenge myself to learn new things. Developing consistency is my new goal and challenge. I would really like to know if I could be coached by you. I’m ready to grow more and don’t want to share too personally in a public arena.

Yes! Thank you and welcome back.🙏 I agree the narcissism space on youtube is polarised and polarising. There is some very informative content which has helped me a lot, but i have been finding the culture around it has become very "Them and Us" which is troubling. It encourages staying stuck in blaming and victimhood, and complaining rather than resolving or evolving... For me, i need, and want, to move beyond blaming (a parent) and find a way to have compassion - whilst maintaining effective boundaries to keep myself safe (emotionally, mentally, spiritually). It feels unhealthy to be holding so much animosity toward someone, yet it doesn't seem safe to forgive them either. There must be a middle - or third - way. (Ojala!). Something i have noticed missing from the existing yt content is the concept of narcissism as a spectrum. I had read about this but it seems to be overlooked on youtube, which only reinforces the polarising Them/Us, Victim/Perpetrator dynamics. A humanistic & spiritual approach would be a blessing, and very timely! Thank you for your work Dr Saad, i look forward to future videos 😊

Appreciate you, and I support taking care of yourself and using RU-vid in a mindful way that's harmonious to you. My opinion of the information on narcissism that circulates YT is that there's actually a variety available. Many of the most articulate voices on the subject have some differing views, which I actually appreciate because it gives me different perspectives to consider. Yet I feel there is some element missing, which I can't quite put my finger on. Which I suppose is why I value the different perspectives so much, so that I can try to locate the missing element myself. I can understand how a narcissist operates generally, how to spot them and how to protect myself, but I'm still curious to know the deeper levels of functioning in a narcissist. There seems to be differing motives and levels of awareness of their own malevolence for different types of narcissists, and I would like to see this explained. All the experts seem to say there is only one motive and one level of awareness. Also, one thing I know is missing is the way that narcissist organize with each other to prey on people. It's why we have the global control that we do....it doesn't just operate at high levels of authority. It's in everyone's neighborhood. On my linked channel under my actual name, I provide my own contribution to the subject of narcissism in that it is a mirroring of the Satanic control. In other words, it is Satanism embodied. Our planet is run by a (narcissistic) Satanic cult which has been brainwashing us. Ergo, we are all in a Satanic cult and we are tasked in this life with awakening to and extricating ourselves from it. I speak from the experience of being born to an Illuminati family and undergoing MK Ultra abuse. I've seen the depths of how this controlling structure operates in all areas of the globe, in everyone's lives, under the cover that narcissism provides. Where you have a narcissist, you have a cult. Where you have a cult, you have darkness...evil....Satanism. I do agree a spiritual perspective is needed, balanced within analytical and practical thinking. I'm looking forward to watching your next video now.

Your content is unique from what I've seen, & I love your authenticity. Never change; better not to create than perform suboptimally--I agree with that philosophy, too. It introspective to consider the spiritual aspect of the person. It's poorly recognized as vital and so often times NEVER treated. To be in total health the spirit must be able to thrive within the person. So many feel "locked in" to a situation until the spirit within them is identified and treated equally within each person as bio, psycho, social beings. This is BREAK THROUGH DOC to me. Thank you for coming back :)

Hi Helen, I've started calling my mother out now when she gives me the silent treatment or cold shoulder. She's habitually negative. And still persists in devaluation. When I challenge her over her behaviour she will invariably claim that I have misinterpreted her. Sometimes leaves me wondering if I got it wrong or that shift of blame to me is just part of her skillset. I try to be reasonable and make an effort to get my point across without being hurtful. Seems like she will always have a low opinion of me

He is so right! there are so many narcissist gurus on youtube that are just sensationalizing titles to get views to monetize their channel and they're promoting playing games Power games with a narcissist instead of get out and stay out. Titles like "How to torture the narcisist"....."How to make the narcisist's mind blow up"... Sadistic titles. And I think some of these gurus are narcissists themselves. And there's one girl who thinks she's a narcissist and is teaching us about narcissism and she is not a narcissist at all!!!

Your videos helped me a lot. I cannot believe you actually are going to tackle the spiritual dimension of narcissism and I hope other personality disorders. This actually has been a major question on my mind and I am actually actively seeking spiritual guidance and directorship. I am very very excited about this announcement. Please also consider expending for bpd, empaths. Thank you so much.
