I struggle with depression and low levels of Vitamin D3. I can attest that this is true. I only take 2000IU daily but it makes a huge difference with depression and immune system. If I stop taking it for awhile, it’s very noticeable with my mood and I end up getting sick.

@@Vixinaful Everyone is different. Vitamins are natural and not like medicine so they'll take longer to effect you. The good part about them tho is that while it'll take longer to see effects, their effects last longer on you as well. I was super depressed and took me about 2-3 months until I finally started feeling normal again. But again, everyone is different.

@@elizjawebb6310 you can Google it. It's not that difficult. It's up to you to do your own research. I'm just letting others know this info. But diet has the most to do with the depression and dis-ease.
@teresab2009
@teresab2009 Год назад
@@ruschev2 LMAO thank you! Yeah the info is all over the place. I deal with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis and fibro and and and.... I deal with so much and not one of my drs ever told me about the connection between body injury and depression being connected at all. Once I learned that, and then adjusted my diet accordingly I've been doing much better with my life long depression and my flare ups aren't nearly as bad anymore. All of the metals being introduced into our body I think has been causing dis-ease tbh. And they know it too. Most drs don't know this information because they aren't taught correctly. It should really be considered a crime against humanity. The misinformation and only treating the symptoms, that is. I think of it like this... The metals like the aluminum and mercury together create an inflammatory response to begin with. Then the metals in enriched flour etc creates a dissonance in the body. Think of the earths magnetic field and how it'll keep meteors out. Same idea with the body and viruses. You create a dissonance though, you then create more disease within the body. I watch my diet intensely now after everything I've been through. My picture right now is of my neck two years ago before spinal cord surgery due to compression and stenosis from spondylitis and my food allergies. The surgeon told me my last check up they hadn't expected me to survive. I used to inject myself with chemo and I took 3 or 4 different immunosuppressants for it all. Now I only need a steroid taper every few months and I'm currently working on figuring out the why it happens. I think RA is a bacterial infection. The ricin in the castor oil helps kill the bacteria that causes the ra. But what do I know? LMAO

Slowly over about one year my body recovered from ALL the symptoms Ive had from depression to lower back pain to hormonal issues to autoimmune condition, to hair loss and depression..Then came my doctor and tol me to go off them bc my level was at 214. All my symptoms came back after a month and despite having been on them now for about 2 weeks, I feel as fatigued as before so Im waiting and hope in 2 weeks I'll be back to energized again.

You should also take vitamin K2 and magnesium. K helps your bones absorb calcium (generally low if vitamin d is low) and magnesium glycinate helps with vitamin d absorption and anxiety. I started taking magnesium glycinate and didn't notice a difference because I took it before sleep. I was feeling anxious the other day so I took one during the day and I feel like it helped for sure.
