Thank you for posting another video! I’m experimenting right now for the last 8x days with meat and bone broth only. By February I would aim to add back some fruits.. coffee a sensitive topic for me.

You're welcome! Coffee is very often an irritant especially at the first phases of healing, it sucks to quit it for the time being but it's well worth it if you are able to. Sometimes it helps to replace it with something else like greentea or mate tea, or indeed bone broth in the morning. You can most likely already introduce something more before february, use your daily diary (phone notes) to notice what you are craving, then offer the body a healthier version of that. You've got this!

I love that feeling when deeper research makes things "click" and make sense as a whole, it's all about realizing how nature works through patterns and interconnectedness - and then using that to your own advantage for your health 💪🏼

Tanel! Love you vids. Quick question. Is Seb Derm permanently curable with these methods? Been struggling for 18yrs on and off. Looking to heal naturally but seem so confused. Most people say it’s for life and then there’s a small fringe that says it’s totally curable following the correct steps. Thanks for your insights.

i have it too and trying to heal it naturally

Yes! Seb derm is a just a fungal type of dermatitis, many of my clients have healed their skins from it. See one example here on slide 5: instagram.com/p/CoUDa3rNigF All that is needed is to get my course and follow the steps: skincoachtanel.gumroad.com/l/skincourse

What do you think of eating one meal a day. It suits me well as i have a tendency to overindulge and eat often. But eating once is good. I'd like to hear your experience and opinion about It.
@SkinCoachTanel
@SkinCoachTanel 8 месяцев назад
Hey! One meal a day can work well when there is an eating window of a couple of hours, then it's easier to feast on the foods without having to push it all in at once. I have seen it work for friends and clients too this way I myself have found through experimentation that I prefer to have 2 decent meals a day. One to start the day off right, the other to fill in the gaps in terms of daily quantities needed Certain foods, however, are best eaten separately from other foods or full meals. For example, raw milk can digest better without mixing it with foods like meat, since milk is alkaline. The same can be said about watermelon for example, it's best to eat it separately, not mixed with a bunch of other foods, that tends to work much better So it's a matter of experimentation and taking some things into consideration when tweaking out the exact eating hours and quantities that work best for you individually

Thanks for another great video! Have been seeing some great results since following yours and Rob Stuart's channel. Would you recommend organic chicken livers as a source of vitamin D? I havent tried beef livers yet, but im a bit freaked out by everyone saying its the most "meaty" of the livers haha. My diet atm includes mostly (everything organic free range) eggs, chicken bone broth, chicken livers, sardines, buckwheat, rice, lentils, beef, lots of fruit. Moving forward im aiming to include more fresh fish and game meats. Ciao from Australia!

You're welcome! Even though me and Rob have some differences, you are in the right hands both ways, the core understandings are the same because they are true and they work Organic chicken liver is great for folate, copper, vit A and yes also some vit D. High quality chicken livers are great! That's a mighty good list you already have put together for yourself and successfully reintroduced, awesome! Keep going, you've got this 💪🏼

@@CinnamonBeat5 I will make a Zinc for the skin video in a few weeks 👍🏼 You are probably already getting enough from meat. Oysters are the top Zinc recommendation though

I tested my vit D level 5 weeks ago and it was around 19ng/mL so very low... How much units or mcg can i take a day to beter this level? My K2 level was 5,6ng/mL. Now im taking 3000iu (75mcg) vit D with 90mcg K2.

Make sure to listen to the whole video until the end, we discuss the foods, sun exposure and potential supplementation. It is better to build up the levels gradually. Your current supplementation experiment can be helpful at the start, maybe finish that amount and then make sure to consistently get vit D through sun exposure and eating well
@BenTr12
@BenTr12 8 месяцев назад
@@SkinCoachTanel yes that was my plan, if i did it only through sun exposer and food my level would take too long to rise and for me to feel beter. I have 60 pils left each 3000 units. Should i take them 1 /day? And after that the winter will over and i will get more sunlight
@SkinCoachTanel
@SkinCoachTanel 8 месяцев назад
@@BenTr12 It is up to you, but it seems to be ok to finish the supplemental cycle since you started it and feel a big need for it. But for lasting results, you'll want to naturally keep it up later on through lifestyle and nutrition
