Vitamin D regulates a wide array of genes involved in inflammation and immunity,
inconsistently associated with reduced risk of several autoimmune diseases in observational studies
Active form of vitamin D regulates genes, inflammation, acquired and innate immune responses
Dietary marine derived long chain omega 3 fatty acids decrease systemic inflammation in some autoimmune diseases
Evidence is needed on whether omega 3 fatty acids lower the risk of developing autoimmune disease
Vitamin D and marine omega 3 fatty acid supplementation and incident autoimmune disease: VITAL randomized controlled trial
www.bmj.com/content/376/bmj-2...
To investigate whether vitamin D and marine derived long chain omega 3 fatty acids reduce autoimmune disease risk.
Vitamin D and omega 3 trial (VITAL), a nationwide (US), randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial
N = 25, 871
consisting of,
12, 786 men ≥50
13, 085 women ≥55
18,046 non- Hispanic white
5,106 black
2,152 as other racial and ethnic groups
Mean age was 67.1
INTERVENTIONS
Vitamin D (2000 IU/day) or placebo
Omega 3 fatty acids (1000 mg/day) or placebo
Participants self-reported all incident autoimmune diseases from baseline to a median of 5.3 years,
these diseases were confirmed by medical record review
In the vitamin D arm
Treatment group
123 developed an autoimmune disease
Placebo group
155 developed an autoimmune disease
Hazard ratio 0.78
P = 0.05
In the omega 3 fatty acids arm
Treatment group
130 developed an autoimmune disease
Placebo group
148 developed an autoimmune disease
P=0.19
CONCLUSIONS
Vitamin D supplementation for five years
with or without omega 3 fatty acids,
reduced autoimmune disease by 22%
Omega 3 fatty acid supplementation
with or without vitamin D,
reduced the autoimmune disease rate by 15%
(not statistically significant)
The clinical importance of this trial is high because these are well tolerated, non-toxic supplements,
and other effective treatments to reduce the incidence of autoimmune diseases are lacking
Autoimmune diseases
Rheumatoid arthritis
Polymyalgia rheumatica
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, too little thyroid hormone)
Psoriasis
Type 1 diabetes mellitus
Multiple sclerosis
Lupus
Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s Ulcerative colitis)
Addison’s (too little of cortisol)
Grave’s (too much thyroid hormone),
Myasthenia gravis
Pernicious anemia
Autoimmune vasculitis
Celiac disease (gluten protein from grains)
Inflammatory autoimmune response to self-tissues
Third leading cause of morbidity in the industrialized world
Chronic conditions
Increasing prevalence with age
Lack of effective treatments

Investigating
Daily dietary supplements of vitamin D3 (2000 IU),
or omega-3 fatty acids (Omacor® fish oil, 1 gram),
reduces the risk of developing,
cancer
heart disease
stroke,
in people with no specific history
5-year intervention phase (study pill-taking, median 5.3 years) has ended

I really love how you give the answers right at the start. It's totally against all YT channel ethos, where getting people to stick around and watch it all is the primary aim. It shows real integrity that your aim is to get the message out, rather than caring about watch time.

As usual, interesting and beneficial. I started 7 years ago supplementing with vit D (10 000 Ul) a day and omega 3. Hoping doing this to stop arthritis which was my problem. At that time I had asthma since 1980 and high blood pressure since the age of fifty. After three years, these two pathologies vanished, and in addition I stopped having any cold or influenza-like illness, which I used to have during winter time. I am not vaccinated because I had an anaphylactic shock three years ago at the end of a surgical operation and nearly died. I got the Delta variant end of December 2021 and the omicron BA2 mid February, each time in a mild form. My age : 80 years and in very good shape, (until now). My case goes along with your point.

I have stayed in good health most of the time, but I did have colon cancer 22 years ago which I recovered from quickly after removal of the cancer . I did not need any further treatment. His videos go over toxicity and avoiding this as well. Do a search for vids on 25000 vit D and see what pops up. There are people getting over life long depression, Autoimmune, etc. Get a 25-hydroxy vitamin D bloodtest to see what your levels are. It needs to be between 60-100 nl to be of optimum benefit. Search Dr Hollick vit D3. Make sure you're taking D3. D2 has to be converted into D3 so there's no reason why you should put more strain on your body. Sunscreen,glass,clouds stop rays from getting to your skin. See Dr Ryan Cole on American Thought Leaders vid talking about D3 and viruses and also D3 protecting against SEVENTEEN types of cancer. See Lion diest, carnivore. See Dr Shawn Baker interviews and other channels to be blown away. Dr Berg has an interview with someone who had stage 4 and got over it with fasting. People often do 'Intermittent fasting' just by eating ONLY during a SIX or EIGHT hour window and this increases autophagy. See My Zero Carb Life channel interview Dr Elizabeth Bright where she talks about 80% fat and 20% protein on carnivore. She starts her Autoimmune patients out on strict Meat, Water, Salt for the first week to kick things off. She also uses Lugols Iodine and goes over the lies about 'studies prove you can get too much iodine'....they used RADIOACTIVE IODINE....not the Lugols. I'm taking one drop in coffee a day to take it real slow and noticing a bit of improvement from being almost bedridden. As a retired marine engineer I have always been trained and worked to the mantra that prevention is better than cure. Therefore our maintainence was always preventative for instance, changing oils and filters within a certain running time. This meant that sea time was keep to a maximum as there was little break down maintenance caused by lack of maintenance. The same principle can be applied to many scenarios in life, such as the human body.

My Dad's doctor put him on a higher dose of vitamin D3 back in the 1990s when Dad developed SAD (seasonal affective disorder -- in short, Dad began to suffer depression in winter when he got older). Being a caring dad, he urged me to start taking it while I was still young. Dad died last year at the age of 82, may he rest in peace. I've been taking vitamin D3 since he advised it, with my doctor's approval. I've actually had to change doctors a number of times due to moving long distance periodically, but each doctor has approved it. As I've aged, my current doctor and specialists really emphasize my continuing to take vitamin D3 supplements. I've never developed SAD or any autoimmune disease, and my immunity has overall been pretty good. As for fish oil, I was taking it until about 10 years ago, recommended for cardiovascular health. However, when I learned about the harvesting practices, not only the impact on the environment, but also including forced labor by shanghaied sailors (mostly from the Philippines), I stopped taking it. I heartily agree that it would be highly beneficial to farm the "seaweed" to produce the oil. By the way, if anyone would like to learn more about global advocacy for mariners, there is a Maritime organization that makes the issues known. I was a member back when I was working as a cook on American ships within US waters. We should be concerned for sailors because 90% of everything we use everyday comes to us via waterways, on ships. Either the whole finished product or components have been transported on the waterways.

The ear infections I regularly got since childhood stopped. The common colds I regularly had almost stopped- at this point it's been at least 7 years since my last cold. And despite being an 'essential worker' and having to come into work multiple days a week and having to see different people in multiple offices (in IT), out of the up to 14 people in my work team, only one other person and I have NOT had Covid despite being around the others regularly. Fasting can help with your issues, if you are able to do it. Some of the many benefits of fasting and a lower carb whole food diet on the immune system, blood pressure, blood sugar and anti-aging, all backed up by clinical data: Fribrosis is reversed The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers over time with extended fasting and rise from dieting Thymus stem cells are regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria and viruses by the immune system. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered, which is very important for a good outcome with the current pandemic. Fasting increases nitric oxide, which has manifold postive effects like reducing arterial plaque. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy! Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Is fasting just the same as caloric restriction? No! Dieting increases the hunger hormone ghrelin while fasting decreases it and has many other health benefits! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sVl-nilhWLc.html What breaks a fast? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7aRLsCpxy3o.html When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it and builds muscle! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fJUDucBWv4s.html Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility especially in women with PCOS. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BeC_gIR2Z14.html The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, it never uses mainly glucose for fuel and using glucose for fuel is very biochemically damaging! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Nf1jwMbvNxw.html Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Fasting can make you gain muscle faster: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5RM8GRzsIIg.html Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! Your body releases interferon which is also triggered by the body during viral attacks to shut down the replication ability of the surrounding cells and stop infections. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body actually recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire system. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Autophagy induced by fasting even helps hair regrow. Dieters losing weight through intermittent fasting show greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period. Fasting reverses metabolic syndrome, which is tightly correlated to Chronic Fatiguque Syndrome, high blood pressurecancer and many other chronic diseases. Fasting has been shown to increase bone marrow volume by 10% and levels of carnosine in the body in as little as a few weeks. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. As someone who developed MS over 20 years ago, I can tell you what Dr Campbell says is almost certainly true. I began Copaxone disease modifying therapy in 2007 - 2 years after being diagnosed - yet I noticed a BIGGER improvement when I began taking vitamin D3 by my own choice. In the end my specialist ADMITTED it HAD helped me. I also take fish oil supplements and consume oily fish regularly. I stopped taking my MS injections around 3 years ago and have felt better since doing so, though that isn't an automatic recommendation.

Apologies I don't have a link - it was only briefly 'advertised' but the follow-up review of the Harvard Study on Vitamin D and cancer found that taking Vitamin D (off the top of my head, can't remember, but it's 2000 or 4000 IU p.d) substantially reduced death from metastatic cancer. The initial trial analysis found no difference in cancer rates. Subsequently, at a later assessment of clinical participants they found fewer cancer deaths amongst the Vitamin D cohort. Perhaps you are aware of it, but if not, I'm sure your followers would appreciate a review of the trial. Many thanks for your valuable work Dr John.

And just as vaccines do not protect against getting infected (they protect against getting severely sick, and protect against even getting any symptoms at all) - so did Vitamin D3 not protect me against being infected - but the Covid19 which I had, was mild. David Attenborough is an athirst, which defies logic. It should be obvious to all that the wonderful design complexity of all living things has a Creator. It doesn't matter how many billions of years they imagine, since the Creation, there is no way the THEORY of Evolution can explain them away. It fact, all matter breaks down over time (the 2nd law of thermodynamics). Even humans, every generation has about 200 extra errors in our gene sequences, on average. So don't just accept what self righteous scientific people say about THEORIES, even David Attenborough. They are just following the THEORIES of deluded forebares, like Darwin. 🙄

You'll see a whole community of people doing Carnivor, Lion Diet and getting over things Doctors told them were life long and even leading to being in a wheelchair or dying from it. Autoimmune Diseases (long covid symptoms look like this... see FLCCC Alliance for protocols/Drs/info... and Dr Peter McCullough). Dr Anthony Chaffe also good. MyLowCarbLife interview with Dr Elizabeth Bright and many other vids great. She's realized 80% fat to a 20% protein has really helped her and many people she councils. If the FDA (FOOD and funded by DRUG) companies recommends it on a food pyramid you know it 'has to be great for you'! 70% of their budget comes from funding from Big Phar. Just like Medical Schools. It's not about helping you. Dr Chaffe has a great video about how a high carbon atmosphere actually helps plants grow bigger and produce more. You can see this by the nutrients farmers add. Dr Chaffe goes by written history, evidence. In the USA bison, etc would roam all over the USA dropping nutrients and the gras and plants were very healthy. When they killed the grazing animals the Dust Bowl came. In Egypt they took a machine and looked under the Sphinx and there are plants under there. The desert used to be a forest. They are known as the Bread Basket. Again, GRAINS. Carbohydrates. Too much to talk about. You'll see the evidence. Check out Tony Heller for great info, too. If they're pushing it on you it's not for your health. That should be obvious after the last 3 years. I have an Autoimmune Disease, went Lion Diet and taking 10,000 vit D3 100 mcg K2/K7....Dr Berg 200 vids on D3 and myths of taking too much and where they came from. We'll see when I get 25-hydroxy vitamin D bloodwork test done at a private lab like we have in USA. Doctors are monsters. They'll keep you sick and buying drugs. See documentary on Burzynski Cancer and you'll see the same 'EF DEE AYE' pushing Safe and Effective was there trying to destroy. Can't have an inexpensive thing standing in the way of Safe and Effective either...that's why they demonized it. FLCCC Alliance, Dr Peter McCullough protocols, info, list of Docs crucial. Oct 2022 they wargamed AGAIN a pandemic. Just like they did in 2019. These people don't like you. Eat meat. Get strong. Live.

@@fidelcatsro6948 I didn't either when my family started supplementing vit d a few years ago. But I started having leg cramps which led me to looking into the relationship with magnesium and vit d. They are codependent for many functions. Magnesium deficiency may cause or worsen heart arrhythmia, asthma, gall bladder issues, spams, seizures, constipation, PMS cramping and the list goes on. Was so worth listening to the whole thing. Because I had indeed been upset at the fact that to get omega three’s, we were fishing the oceans even more. That’s why I don’t take fish oils. But Johnhas presented me with an alternative, and the reassuring knowledge that others are also concerned about consuming everything like vampires. I feel more peaceful and not alone. And I’ve got something to follow on with regarding omega three

Nice to see I was right and my ex-doctor was wrong. He told me to stop taking 2g of fish oil every day, I countered: "What's your reason for that?" He couldn't answer, so I found a different doctor. Been taking 2000iu D3, 2g fish oil, 15g flax oil and 20g cottage cheese (surfactant) for a decade to minimize inflammation. The tablespoon flax oil and heaping tablespoon cottage cheese seems to help about 1/4 of the people with arthritis.

Dr., to be honest, I am surprised that I'm still here. What I know is that I'm 68, type two diabetic for 20 years, overweight, and vitamin D deficient. My son and his wife stayed with me for six weeks waiting on their house to close. Two weeks into their stay my son tested positive for Covid and one week later his wife tested positive. I never even had the sniffles. At the time I'd had two Covid shots but not the booster shot. It is my belief that taking a vitamin D supplement daily saved me because my age, weight, and diabetes certainly couldn't have helped.

I had slightly low vitamin d levels 7 years ago and was becoming increasingly ill with fibromyalgia/CFS. GP told me not to worry…they were only slightly low according to her. I learned about optimal levels so increased my levels safely from 47 nmol/l to 180 nmol/ and all my symptoms disappeared. On the back of my recovery I gained a degree in Chinese Medicine and now specialise in treating women with Fibromyalgia and CFS. Optimising levels of vitamin D is always part of my tool kit. That’s the trouble with blood tests for all sorts of things. The range can be so wide but what patients really need to know is what the optimal level is. Not sure GP’s fully understand that. Not judging, they probably don’t get much training in optimal levels like so many other things they don’t get much training in, like nutrition, lifestyle medicine, menopause etc. I’m in UK.

I know someone who was diagnosed with a rheumatic condition in 2016 (now very well controlled thanks to other meds). One thing his preliminary blood tests picked up was a below average vitamin D level for the area he lived in, so he was prescribed a short course of 50,000U weekly supplements to boost him. The Orkney Islands MS study was also very interesting, but unfortunately it wasn't able to prove a conclusive link between vit D levels in that population and the incidence rate of MS. It would be interesting to observe autoimmune diseases in countries like Japan where they commonly eat nori seaweed.
@DutchmanAmsterdam
@DutchmanAmsterdam 2 года назад
Indeed. Not just nori but also kombu (kelp) and lots of other types of seaweed as well as natto (fermented soybeans). I'm eating kombu every day and natto regularly. Not near as much as the everage Japanese, but some. All seaweeds are high in iodine, which is essential for healthy thyroid function, and omega 3 and high quality proteins as well as lots of minerals. Natto is amazingly high in K2 as well as other very healthy substances, such as natto-kinase, and probably the most beneficial live probiotic bacteria bacillus subtilis, which themselves produce K2 as wel as fend off unfriendly microbes in the intestines. Moreover bacillus subtilis increases the mucus layer in the intestines which reduces chronic inflamation caused by so called leaky gut syndrome. Bacillus subtilis in the west is widely used in cattle feed to keep them healthy, but strangely people ignore the need for it in humans. Perhaps because healthy cattle = profit for meat industry and sick humans = profit for pharmaceutical/medical industry???

It needs to be stressed that D has to convert to its final, hormonal form in order to get into the cells. Those steps occur in the liver and the kidneys, so it's important that liver and kidney function are good. The reason that it might work is that D sits on the Inter lueken 2 receptor site, which controls auto-immune activity.

fasting, red light, collagen, glycine, probiotics. All of these will help, and fasting also raises D levels. Diagnosed with MS about five years ago at age 65. I started taking high dose (8000 iu/day) D3, and I have had no MS symptoms since then. I was taking an MS med until the start of the pandemic when I had to stop because my CD4 T-cells were too low. Nothing but Vitamin D3 since then, and still symptom-free. Pre-vaccines Covid infection was pretty mild. So I highly recommend both vaccination and high-dose Vitamin D3. It would have been very interesting if this study had a moderate-dose and high-dose arm, to see if there was a dose-response curve.

You may want to check out the Coimbra Protocol for MS. It's very high dose D3 up to 700,000iu depending on symptoms. I take 10,000iu D3 as a daily general supplement which is .25 mg. If you haven't had a 25 hydroxy blood test for D you may want to.

@@stuarthutt3740 I've been keeping my Vitamin D blood level between 80 and 100 ng/ml for about three years now. Never took any huge dose, just 8000 - 10000 iu per day, every day. And I get it tested every six months or so, as well as taking Vitamin K2 and magnesium. I've seen a lot of studies where they supplement up to around 30 ng/ml. I wish one would include a 60 or 80 ng/ml arm, just to see if higher is even better. It certainly seems to be for me.

That’s an incredibly interesting story. Make sure to look out for hyperccemia, or tissue calcification even in abscence of hypercalcemia with such high 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, as well as kidney stones. Good luck to you

I love you DR John, I personally have been struggling with the effects of Lyme disease since 1998 and the effects of COVID since 2019, from my experience I have found some really good ways to approach them and I feel that the pharmaceutical industry is doing everything it can to keep all of us enslaved. Please stay safe and keep the truth out there.

@Taiwo Omotosho I agree, all of these can have beneficial effects. A lot of things that factor in are individual biology and availability of any particular source, also the purity and efficacy play a huge role for anything that is taken in. The initial inquiry was what were my top ten and I answered based from my personal experiences with the different things that I have utilized. There’s no one way to supplement in this crazy situation that all of us find ourselves in, it is always best for anyone to have a good nutritional foundation and exercise of course, but also it is very important to have fun and a good sense of humor in life, we all are more than the sum our parts.

All my life I had a very drastic deficiency of this vitamin and only just recently started taking supplements and I literally feel like a new person. Nobody really took this seriously when I was younger (my mom tried taking me to doctors but they told her it's nothing important lol) and after only a few months I am able to just do things I wasn't able to do before (that includes actually going outside to get more of it naturally)

So happy for you! I have CFS/ME and it has destroyed my life. Drs would do bloodwork and tell me 'You're find' and write a prescription for an antidepressant. Keep going with the D3/K2. Bloodwork should be 60-100 (25-hydroxy vitamin D test is the one you want to make sure levels stay there) I'm taking 10,000 D3 and 100 MCG K2/K7 ...and today I'm going up to 20,000 iu for at least a period of time and check my blood. Binge Dr Berg's videos. He has Autoimmune people he councils taking 20,000 iu's D3/100 MCG of K2 and they're feeling much better. There are SEVENTY Autoimmune Diseases. Long covid whether it's from the jab or from getting covid (without going to FLCCC Alliance Drs or Dr Peter McCullough who has protocols online and Drs who treat it EARLY RIGHT AWAY to give best possible outcome.) these people are having almost IDENTICAL symptoms to Autoimmune and it turns out it does alter your Immune either ramping it up (Autoimmune where it's attacking your body and killing you) or supressing immune and making you succeptible to other diseases... D3 REGULATES the immune system so if it needs pumped up to NORMAL it will do that...if it's too high and rogue it will bring it down to NORMAL..thanks you Dr Berg for that video!) - especially autoimmune diseases (diabetes is now being considered an Autoimmune Disease). People getting over lifelong Depression, Fatigue, Autoimmune Diseases, Crohns, IBS, etc A lot of people doing Lion Diet (Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Chaffee, MyLowCarbLife, etc). Dr Elizabeth Bright recommends 80% fat to 20% protein to feel great, getting over a lot of diseases and losing weight as a by product, etc...My Low Carb Life interview with Dr Elizabeth Bright is great. Read comments below videos to learn more from others who ARE doing these things. Use Rumble for free speech. Dr Ryan Cole on American Thought Leaders talks about D3 and how it protects from virus replicating out of control (thank you Dr J Campbell for one of his previous vids explaining) and D3 protects you from SEVENTEEN cancers.
