I stop taking adhd meds since 2015 due to expensive and its really hard to find. Then i found out that B complex, omega 3's, santy barley, breakfast and run trice a week can improve my ADHD. Right now im taking all those suppliments for 9 years and everything changed! Including motivation to work, to complete my task, run trice a week, free from depression and anxiety, and im able to catch easily the lectures.
@@moonwolf652 yeah it works. But not like adhd meds has super duper positive effect to us, but whats the difference is that supplements and vitamins that i mentioned has no trouble side effects like, headache, and withdrawal syndrome. Honestly! I don't see any huge progress for me in my first 2 weeks taking this vitamins and supplements. But 3 weeks later i noticed some progress. Though i still have stimulations in my brain but it can manageable, and im able to focus, i have motivation to run trice a week, cook my breakfast, do chores, though i still worried sometimes but not to the point that depression and axiety can get rid of me. Yes! Ritalin and some adhd meds helped me a lot, but after 4 to 5 hrs of the meds, it starts getting me worried a lot, and my adhd paralysis began kicking. Until the doc higher my dosage and change my brand meds. But it all keeps happening. Until 2015 i decided to replace it b complex, omega 3, santy barley. Actually im not the only one qho do this. Because i got this from my 3 friends who never ever take adhd meds and replaced it supplements and vitamins. I recomend the B complex, omega 3's, and santey barley if you it in your country. It works for me and to my frienda, i hope it will work for you. Anyways! I have severe ADHD!
@@moonwolf652for me i used to train 5 times a week, sleep well, eat super healthy, take cold showers etc etc but nothing helped me more than adhd meds did. I was going nowhere in life and getting nothing done without the meds and now my life is 10x better. For some people i think the meds are must.
@@overcomingsoarer4547consider yourself lucky if you dont have any deficiencies. Plus may I ask why you even watch the video and comment (negatively)if it's irrelevant to you?
No doubt. It helps if youre decifient. If not, then magnesium will knock down your calcium levels, since for the body to utilize the MG, it also has to use up some calcium.. Anyway try to get from natural sources though. Natural is going to be best.
Yes!! After my doctor pointed out my low b12, I started doing some research and made some connections to why I was feeling so fatigued, unmotivated and depressed most of the time. It's important to check these things instead of assuming it's just mental health issues all the time!
@@luischavez2156 I started with nature's valley 1000mcg, which helped to increase my B12 according to my bloodwork.. But since my initial post, I went to see a Hematologist and was informed that I have Iron Deficiency w/o anemia, which definitely affects cognitive function, moods and energy levels. So now I'm taking iron supplements to increase my low iron count.. I would advise anyone who is experiencing confusing symptoms such as fatigue, lack of motivation and low moods/mood swings to go deeper into their bloodwork.. Sometimes a "full" CBC won't do. Ask your doctors to check iron saturation and Iron storage etc.
Self-felt Symptoms of B12: - Over sleeping + Long Daytime Sleeps - Tired All Day - Low attention to what is happening, what one is speaking - Hard to express anything, can't find the right words to form sentence, even if they are very simple. - Short Term Memory Loss. Forgets everything within 30 seconds. "Did I lock my apartment?" 😂 - Can't focus on what one is speaking! Solution: 1500 mg metylcobalamin for 40 days and you're back to normal. Btw get it checked before and after.
Thanks a lot for the info, because I have this exact issue. But I wonder what does one have check before and after suprements. Do you fill instant change within 40 days.
@@ahmadkalisa797 yeah instant change. Just check vitamin B12 from a doc. Even if the doctor tells that there is no issue, you have to check. Because my life was almost ruined. The doc told me that you don't have to test B12, but still I tested and my B12 was 118 when it needs to be 180-900. I took the supplements and found that I started remembering everything automatically within 40 days. Now my B12 is around 500.
@@SunilBagri-f9b can be pernatious anemia. If you take folic it masks the b12 making cels look ok so dr doesn't check. Sally Pacholok is great film book and web pages. ER nurse, fascinating info and film.
My D vitamin had been dangerously low for years without me knowing it. I had severe depression, fatigue, hair loss and chronic pain. Come to find out, I was deficient in almost everything and needed an iron infusion as well. I couldn't believe how AWAKE I felt when my levels were restored. I had been living in such a warped reality for so long that I forgot what normal felt like.
It’s amazing to heal and feel great mind and body. You definitely will see and think clearly. Mood disturbances are stabilized with a feeling of joy and peace. This is why we need to help our children to be healthy. Very important.
Im precisely in this state and pretty sure I have a severe vitamin deficiency as my gut just doesnt work, it has been years and years depressed and feeling like a zombie. Sadly Im completely broken financially so for now I can only do 20/4 fasting and trying some teas.
B12 is stored in the liver in huge ammounts It takes literal years to have a defficiency which makes it so hard to pinpoint by a doc That one shot probably contains so insanely much of a dose that those liver stores are filled right back up
@@Rileyed I really want to 2nd what this guy said. You don't feel something that strong unless you were very deficient, now you feel normal and you'll adjust to it. But it's a far better normal. Just don't think somethings off when it doesn't feel as "amazing"
I can’t believe that this is real ? I tried it I don’t know if I feel any different can some be honest about it bc if like the just say that for business purposes 💔
I was coming to say the same thing. I would also add for everyone cyanocobalamin comes from waste water. It’s the frothy yellow stuff that comes to the top of sewage they scrap off and dry to add to our vitamins. Research it for yourself. don’t stop at google where it says conspiracy look into how it’s sourced.
B12 helps me to stay calm and helps me deal with depressive flare-ups from having rapid cycling, treatment resistant bipolar spectrum disorder. I get an injection of B12 once a month as a maintenance dose because my body has problems absorbing nutrients from food (coeliac disease and lactose intolerance damaged my digestive system). If I miss the dose by even a few days I feel myself sliding into depression, losing ability to focus and not having energy and motivation. It also helps with chronic fatigue syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain challenges I have (TMJD, Leg length difference that affects my joints and back, etc). Being put on B12 injections has saved me from suffering more severely. I truly believe that they have saved me from the typical speed of development of the "kindling effect" of bipolar and combined with medication and other treatments kept me out of hospital and mental health wards. Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot
Do whole body detox including parasite detox ( cysteine liv52 bpackwalnutdrops and triphala or casteroill to empty bowels) And start intermittent fasting. Eliminate all processed sugar (carbs), food & beverages. Only eat freshly cooked, 70% vegetables. Good fats like coconut oil olive oil. Nuts seeds legumes FRUITS
I don't understand, only 1 shot a month...I was under the impression that the body does not store vitamins ,therefore they must be taken everyday and effects won't be noticed for at least 30 days or more...
You’ve no idea how helpful your comment is. Thank you. I understand now why and what I’ve been troubled with most of my life. Also I believe nature has all the medicine we need and you can heal your digestive system naturally, just needs some research. I am only few days on this journey and already seeing improvements. What is working for me is fresh cabbage juice mixed with fresh aloe vera taken throughout the day. I am mostly fasting though. But when I do eat something on rare occasion, I noticed already my stomach does not attack the food like it used to. There are other natural remedies too, I am just starting with these two. I wish you health ❤
Regarding vitamin b12, I saw a clear difference with the more absorbable methylcobalamin 5000mcg. I was able to sleep deeply with all the relief of head aches. My head is clear. People who have been deficient for a long time should take it well for a period of time.
It is an omega 3, but the rate of conversion from ALA in plants to DHA is really shit in most people (%.5-%5) It depends on a lot of factors outside of genetics like the ratios of various fatty acids in the area of the body the conversion is taking place which itself is dependent on genetics partially especially if you’re talking about brain transport which is very important. And a bunch of vitamins and minerals. Getting those vitamin and mineral cofactors for the conversion process is good anyway but you probably should just be getting DHA. Algae oil is available pretty widely now for vegans, who happen to be the group that tends to need to supplement it the most per capita. They frequently need to supplement b12, iron and maybe zinc or copper because of the phytate and other anti nutrient content of their mineral sources decreasing the bioavailability massively.
My blood sample was not showing low b12,but I was feeling not very well ,no energy, sleepy every day.I start to take some Iron 14 mg ,than I start to feel much better, another energy to do my exercises 👍Definitely you need to check your B12 .
This is so true, a year ago I found with deficiency of B12. I was depressed, unmotivated, lazy and what not. But after taking suppliments everything changed. Not saying B12 can cure depression but yes the suppliments did played a vital role.
Eat eggs 🍳 for protein with Omega Fish 🐟 supplement too! B-nutrients are in NON PROCESSED FOODS. Try nuts, vegetables 🥗 tripled washed and beans 🫘 too! Your mood and focus becomes healthier. Helps your vision too!!
the eggs you eat are made of chickens that only eat grain. and grain doesnt have b12. you will slowly get worse and worse because eggs require b12 to be broken down. the energy that b12 provides i mean. eggs are a heavy food so you need all the more energy to break them down.
Exactly if you're feeling weird or anything or suffering from some diseases you're low on Vitamins. You don't need medications but vitamins and minerals. Since i understood this most of my problems cured.🎉
@9lirika Definitely not! The 2023 Harvard study shows that consuming b vitamins of any kind with fish oil of any kind will result in an immediate erection. You should contact sex worker if it lasts longer than 4 hrs.😂
Yes sir! I've been doing that since 2015. I stopped taking adhd meds and replaced it B complex plus Fish oil. And now its been 8 years taking this B complex with Fish oil. Everything changes.

I was getting a B12 shot every Tuesday and I stopped a few weeks ago now I just watched this video I'm going to restart back again on Tuesday thank you guys. 💪🏾
It’s not a snack that u can start/stop as per ur wish. Best thing to do is to consult doc. My doc has advised 4 shots every week only for a month rn wl then probably take a test.. I have taken tabs n tonic all my life but it’s same as the b12 present in food that my body simply flushes out so doc has advised to avoid taking it orally & go for shots instead to directly inject it in the body via blood stream..shots on arm r painful though😢

I graduated Biomedical Science with 3.75 but unfortunately last 2 semesters and specially last one I started feeling differently, I couldn’t focus and couldn’t think, I couldn’t remember simple things well and I started to slur when I talk. Took me a while until I was tested correctly just to find out my B6 and B2 were almost gone from system and B12 was low as well. Ended up taking B12 shots weekly and supplements of other 2. They do get better little bit and as soon as I get off B12 everything falls low again so I am taking Shots with supplements 3 months on/3 months off. Now I preparing for State boards and im really struggling. I’m trying to study with Gamma/40hz. Kind of does help my focus but my memory is very weak. I have no idea what to do 🥺
Dude, get your T levels and prolactin check immediately if it's impacting your studies. Come back to me, I may be helpful. For B12 - Methylcobalamin B6 - Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Extremely hard to find with right amount) But, you need combo I know.
Ironically enough I take vitamin B12 every morning along with vitamin D, Zinc and a multivitamin. I also drink a veggie and fruit mixed drink every other day

I hear hydroxocobalamin and methylcobalamin are said to be the ones that have better absorption in the body as I am learning to slowly found out that vitamin b12 does certainly comes in different forms depending on what we take.
Too bad physicians don't study nutrition in med school. For years I've asked every physician I've seen how much they studied about nutrition, vitamins, minerals in med school. All but two answered "less than two hours" and winced when they said it. So sad for us all.
@@animalspirits5141 Well, sort of. Every one has pointed out that it isn't until their last year of med school that there is space in their schedule to study anything that is not required, and they use the time available to study subjects in their specialty. It looks to me that the deficiency in nutritional education is systemic.

the cooking of the meat denatures b12 by 35%. and most pieces of meat have around 10 mcg of b12 per 2 servings. trust me you need methylcobalamin in larger than 10 mcg doses. industrial b12 is created through bacterial genetic processing through the usage of the metal called cobalt, humans nor animals can genetically encode cobalt into a protein. so the only tool towards attaining b12, is via lab processed bacteria. yes it has additional chemicals, but theyre harmless for the human body. i recommend liposomal sublingual methylcobalamin. its like taking a shot on the hip. you instantly feel great.

What food is highest in vitamin B12? Vitamin B12 is a key nutrient your body needs for many essential functions. It's found in animal products, fortified foods, and dietary supplements. Some of the richest sources are liver, beef, sardines, clams, and dairy products.
Or take a liquid vegan B12 - the risks of animal products outweigh the benefits (Alzheimer’s later in life, a slew of cancers, etc.) sucks that’s more important to humans than the cruelty aspect but either way. Avoid animal-based foods and byproducts for your healthy people
If you buy whole grain berries/kernels and mill the grain yourself to bake your own bread, you will get lots of B vitamins and proteins that your brain will love.

That's crazy my Salvadorean 🇸🇻 immigrant mother knew this & shared this vitamin B knowledge since I was younger she would say " Vitamin B helps balance & stabilize your central nervous system" today I'm 40 & have this knowledge from over a decade ago 😉 😀
For people like me who have severe inflammation i understand my body doesn't absorb the nutrients from food , so added vitamins definitely help, however why is everyone requiring added vitamins & minerals.
Our farming methods in the US deplete the soil of minerals, and grow the foods to be big and produce size rather than quality of nutrients. Some say that we overeat because our bodies are trying to get the vitamins and minerals we need but that aren't in our food.
I am 45. B12 helps me focus, think, write and plan better BUT it breaks me out in painful, cystic acne so bad I can’t leave the house. I’ve tried it multiple times but the same thing happens everytime. Anyone else?
My sister has schizophrenia and does a lot better mentally when she eats nutritious foods that are loaded with b12 and omega 3s. I see the difference in her almost immediately when she eats nutritious food and takes vitamins vs. when she doesn't. I also experienced poor mental health when my b12 were very low once because of a stomach medication I was taking. It depeleted my nutrients and caused iron deficiency as well as b12 deficiency. It caused me to be depressed and hear voices. That was something that i had not ever experienced before, and I'm so grateful that I was able to realize that something was wrong and I was able to stop the medication and went back to normal almost immediately after taking b12.
I have quite high b12 (I was supplementing sometimes) - would advise to check your levels before taking it. Not because it's a common deficiency means that you need it
