I caucused for Vivek, and would vote for him in a presidential election hands down. I think VP would be wasted on him. Vivek should be press secretary or speaker of the house... something, anything. We need smart people in the white house. How many normal car alternators can you spin with gears and STEAM. Use corn/hemp ethanol or hemp pellets to be a bio fuel instead of ground oil. No cobalt batteries... just normal car batteries. take out the engine and transmission and keep all the rest of the car/truck. Crumple zones and 12 volt system and stereo and after market mods...etc. Steam/electric hybrid trucks and cars. Jay Leno's Garage has a few steam cars... and they still run. Update one of those, or too old? with all new technology... and a touch screen cpu in the cab of the truck to automate and fine tune the steam functions... ya start fresh. The Stanley Steamer is outdated... but can you get a car/truck to go down the road on "not oil"... YES. Public dependency and lack of choices.... forced to use old oil... and we do not make oil or coal. Limited supply. Bio fuel, is regrowable and eco friendly. It's just boiling water after all. Even a barbeque could boil water. Could the car alternators (multiple), get up to speed and use a coil of wire like a smoke "vape" coil... and boil the water? Use the batteries to start the wire coil hot and get it all running.. then have the alternators take over... less fuel to use. Have a modern remote car key fab to turn on the car/truck and have a temperature guage on the key fab telling you when the car/truck is hot and ready to drive if it takes a minute to get up to temp. Can waste/garbage be ground up and made into pellets for fuel? cut a city's waste possibly? more hemp or burnable packaging, instead of plastic. Cardboard is made from what?

Let me tell you why there is no innovation in US anymore! I'm in engineering and we see the nightmare that DEI hiring has caused the entire scope of engineering, from mechanical to communications to satellites to military and of course, aviation. The jobs are being stolen from qualified US engineers and shipped over seas to India, Vietnam, Philippines, or given to immigrant cheap labor. When the aliens are green-lite through classes because of quotas, (when they actually failed) and get hired as cheap labor in the US, it causes an avalanche of invention failures due to cultural differences in values, poor understanding of topics they failed, and language gaps. In addition, the people good at it, white guys, are demonized as racist and male patriarchs, so they're outed. All this is caused by woke politics & DEI quotas above qualified people. (I'm a white woman with a PhD in EE, worked in Satellite Comm for 25 years, and the whole engineering industry is suffering from US gov polices! )
As a non-white in STEM, I would be vey ashamed if I am being hired as a token piece. I worked very hard to get where I am. I do agree that federal DEI policies are vile, hinder innovation demonize and demoralize whites but the truth is that a lot of whites, usually the ivy league HR humanities types are extremely brainwashed and are relentless in pushing this. Also, whites don't push back at all and have sort of accepted defeat in this dimension which is why the attacks keep mounting. It is ultimately up to whites to stand up to the other woke whites that spearheading wokeness and DEI or completely be sidelined forever.
