Hi there, I was just wondering if you can get actual cash out of the invesment rewards in case I want to invest it at somewhere else, like a different platform?I didn’t get that part, thanks!
Hey, yes you can - there is a "redeem" button in the cashback pocket where you can effectively sell your investments and convert them to their cash value :)
I tried to open an account, but I am not getting the one-time code from it to proceed further. May I know what may be the reason? You may think I might have given the wrong number, but I received one code right after verifying my document. I am facing a problem right after accepting the terms and conditions. Please help if you know any solution for it. Thank you
So the website currently says you can withdraw up to 1000€ for free, then you will be charged a small fee for withdrawals above this amount but no limit per se 😊
Very good video mate. Finally an English speaking guy talking about vivid. Can vivid be used as the primary broker app ? Would you recommend that ? Or is it more of a money management app with an investment option.
You’re welcome Soumith! Glad you found the video helpful 😁 Personally I think it’s closer to a money management app with an investment option, the investment part is commission free and might be good for a beginner but currently the range of stocks and ETFs is a bit limited. It could increase over time though 😊
@@MillennialsWithMoney ok thank you. I've been waiting for trading 212 to allow new accounts since forever. They blocked it since Jan. Also, degiro and etoro do not have fractional shares option which is definitely a big bummer. Platforms like libertex need 100€ of a minimum deposit. So I'm kind of stuck. Are you aware of any other platform (except vivid) that offers fractional shares, has no minimum deposit and safe ? Thank you!
@@soumithpotturi2090 yeah the trading 212 situation is frustrating 😞 in this case Vivid might be an option for you... the only other that comes to mind is perhaps Revolut but I've never used the platform for investing.
I'm in London and have a place in murcia with a sabado account. Can I use the company instead to transfer money from the uk and pay my bills in spain etc. Thanks
Hey Adrian, I also tried transferring money from the U.K. to Vivid and it does work, but it ended up defaulting to EUR (sent and received in) from Monzo. It seems that the default currency for every IBAN in Vivid is EUR and where I have set up a USD only pocket it won’t show me the IBAN. I’ll let you know if I have any luck transferring and receiving in GBP, but in the meantime your best option is probably to set up an account with Wise (formerly TransferWise) and do it via that route. If you haven’t already got an account I have a sign up link in the description 😊 Hope that helps!
@@MillennialsWithMoney i already use Wise now. Thanks for your help will wait and see about the GBP transfer. How about the change sabadell for this company is it worth it to save on bank charges etc
@@adrian3427 welcome! Vivid lets you set up transfers commission free, so you would save money if you are paying commissions to make transfers from Sabadell
@@MillennialsWithMoney Hey, Can you pay all of your utilities and pay rental deposits in Spain with Vivid and completely forego the Sabadells/Santanders? I need to open a non-resident account in Spain this summer and have heard many stories of high fees and unhappy customers. Any advice there?
@@jimhannum8510 as long as you have an address in Spain you should be able to do that yes 😊 you could also consider something like Wise (formerly TransferWise) or N26 which it would be possible with as well.
@@carissasilvestre5683 hey, I just checked the website today and I think free delivery comes if you top up 200€ on the card, otherwise it’s about 9€. Im not sure if this was the case last year but there seem to have been a few T&C changes since then
@@MillennialsWithMoney Thanks for replying. Do you know a prepaid card (vivid-like) that would have the multi IBAN option with a Swiss IBAN for the CHF account and whatever European IBAN for the EUR account? Revolut has this option but I would need an extra card with this feature and I cannot have another Revolut account with my name.
@@agnesepisano4379 Wise had multi IBAN options and gives you local IBANs for GBP and EUR (Belgian), it doesn’t have a local IBAN for CHF balances though unfortunately so I’m not sure where else you could go for this other than opening a bank in Switzerland :(
