is it just me or does anyone else feel like more motivated to do whatever task they need to in a day after watching sissel's videos????

i haven't met my people yet and often i have the habit of falling into loneliness but tbh videos like sissel's inspire me so much that i get optimistic again and i believe that i'll meet my right friends soon.. and we'll have dinners together and watch harry potter, we'll play games and celebrate together... i still have hope! thanks sissel! i hope life bless me with friends like yours

The conception of hygge and christmas spirit reached me just recently. Here in Norway it's currently so cold with blue numbers and caused my hometown to get so much snow. The fresh new snow combined with sunny weather, waking up to the sun not rising before 0945 and having to go out on a walk before the clock strikes 15 because that's when the sun sets, gives me a feeling of immense gratitude for having different seasons and the Christmas culture we have. It makes me think of the climate and how we could potentially lose what makes winter such a wonderful season. The view of the mountains in my hometown makes the sun rising and setting at that particular time so much more beautiful. A lot of adults usually complain about the dark and having to remove snow from their cars and shovel around the house, which I get, I do that myself. Currently I'm rewatching Anne with an E and it made me look at the current winter landscape from a different perspective. I love putting on layers of thick clothing, wool and winter shoes to keep warm in the cold, I love the light the sun gives to the sky, I love the heavy snow covered on the houses and the nature and I love the feeling of cold on my face, getting inside to warm it up. It's so much more magical in a way than other seasons. It's all in the eye of the beholder of how we perceive things, as Anne said in a way in the show, and I hope everyone are able to perceive some magic this season even though Christmas and the energy crisis in this cold weather can be a hard reality for many. As someone who lives in a place where the seasons don’t change that much I agree, I live in Miami and most people that I know that lives up north are always jealous of where I live but i do find beauty in change and I get very bored of this weather, even tho we have early sunsets in winter and a little bit or coldness is not the same, I have never like the hot weather even tho my city is absolutely beautiful, I always find myself craving seasons, I try to travel every year up north to get a little bit of it.

sissel to get the most out of your tree really spread out the wires for more fullness. the bottom level should be bent down and out to get more coverage so it looks more natural. just a tip! its snowing where I am too luckily I don't get seasonal depression so I can enjoy the coziness that cold weather and Christmas brings

as someone who is currently living in London and we just had an INSANEEE long hot summer Heatwave it has really made me love the cold days even the ones that are kind of dark! the summer was unbearable, I lived in Sydney and Aussies laughed at us during our heatwaves but you cannot compare the heat because we aren't built for it (or have air-conditioned spaces or transport) anyhoo just wanted to say usually i get down but i've been feeling so cozy and seeing winter in a new way! my bones on the other hand are not enjoying the cold lol

I loved this video! My experience of Christmas season is a bit different because I am from the southern hemisphere so, we have Christmas in summer here, haha. But nonetheless a lot of the Christmas traditions we go by here come from the northern hemisphere, so it's nice to see the similarities as well as the differences in that sense. I would love to experience Christmas in winter one day 🥰 to implement your tips to keep cozy during the holidays and enjoy a similar home party either with friends or family, during the winter ☺💗 and even if it's not the holidays, I am definetely saving this video for when winter rolls around for me, because I know I get the winter blues, and this video would hopefully cheer me up a bit, then!

oh 😭 this vlog made me burst out crying. i don't know how to pull through this year... :( i'm far away from my family too, but i don't really have anyone yet... i moved to a new town. i feel so alone and the winter depression have just really gotten a hold of me. i have no one to give a gift, no one will send me one. and i keep sleeping so i never really see the sun. i feel so bad. your vlog looks so cozy and it just reminds med hoe horrible i actually feel. i guess i just realized. have you ever been so depressed you didn't know what to do? what did you do... i'm sorry for the downer comment. i just really can't write something that isn't authentic💕

This made me so jealous 😅I don't know if it's a German thing or if I'm just unlucky but the friends I had so far didn't commit the same way I did. I like to go over and beyond for my friends but it always feels like I would have to "force" them to get together like this (and when they get into relationships then it's over and out with the friendship)
