Dove a lot of those places as a kid/teen with my Dad. Lots of cavern fun and flirting with caves but was never 'certified' beyond cavern/advanced open water. It was a poor divers paradise and the keys was our once a year reward. Nice video!

Thanks for sharing. That was spectacular and you picked the perfect time of year! I've done a few of Florida's rivers, but looks like I'm going to have to add the Santa Fe to my list of places to check out.

I love how you just say "screw it" to the algorithm of RU-vid and just do YOU. I was told by some experts that I consulted on RU-vid to stop putting my cycling on my Chiropractic channel. I argued that "but that's ME, I try to be healthy...chiropractic is all about health." So I separated them. The numbers went up, but basically I'm Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I still have no idea how you roll on a kayak (I'm a paddleboarder too). Cool video.

If your wife is new, you may want to do a shuttle so she doesn’t have to paddle up river. If you do decide to paddle up river and back, one of the nicest sections is the 41 bridge just north of high Springs. Sometimes I put in at the 27 bridge and go down the Poe Springs and then back up river. If you use a shuttle, I would recommend setting it up with Rum 138.
