Dollies on stand - Put tank on stand - roll stand with tank to final place - Remove dollies - Level tank. Made it seem harder than what it actually is, but it was fun watching someone else do it. Beautiful tank and can't wait to see it full of the best corals ever!
Holy pucker Batman, I've seen enough to know that is the last crew of guys I'd want placing my 400 gal aquarium on a stand. Thank goodness it didn't end in tragedy. I would've shed a tear for such a beautiful tank.
Haha. I love watching you do what you love. You're like a kid in a candy store most time. I hope I'm able to visit your studio one day. Ultimate hobby cave.
Amazing Jake, my favourite aquarium channel for sure, always on the look out for the next vlog, still reeling from the poma labs angels they are so so nice, looking forward to seeing what other fish will come in to the studio, and well just so much other stuff to look forward to!
Ok when you guys were putting that tank up my butt clenched up as you squared it up to slide it on, I swear that corner was going to come off... whew glad it's ok though! Oh and when the studio is mostly up and ready, you absolutely need to show your monthly electricity bill off, just so that people aren't tempted to recreate this in their garages or basements and then get a shock from the power company when they see a bill that rivals their mortgage payments :D :D :D
Very nice display tank Jake. I think Planet Aquariums make one of the best glass tanks out there. Looking forward to seeing this build come together. 👍
Yo Jake, that is one MASSIVE tank! I'm also genuinely curious as to how you're going to plumb it with those 4 holes on the bottom. Super freaking interesting man. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
So Jake, what is going inside? Super stoked to see what you come up with. The tank build is sure impressive, powder coated steel frame, closed loop, quality paint on the stand and likely some other awesome details I am missing. Best of luck with it and be sure to share it all with us!
Coming from Boise Idaho in March for the show. Would I be able to come see the place when I’m in town. You are a main interest for getting into this passion. Love the info and education in your videos.
Bonjour jack Quelle merveille ce bac, bravo a l’equipe pour le travail J’ai une question : pourquoi vous ne mettez pas de mousse de protection en l’aquarium et le chassis Merci Fred
Been debating going 30" vs 24" tall and this convinced me that 30" is the way to go. Most everyone in our family is close to 6ft tall so gives a better viewing angle and lots of room to grow.
Wild tank. Good luck. Questions: With the stand does and separations, how can you slide in a large sump? Do any separators remove? Does a side panel come off? Move the tank/stand and is the back of the stand open to place the sump? Final question: what kind and size of sump are you planning?
These long wait for updates is almost making me drive up to Denver to go see them in person. I would add 100 chillie rasboras and 2 zebra plecos and that would be it for fish.
