Thanks for another great video Jake:)! Could you explain how frozen is more nutrient rich or fattening then pellets please. Each one of those pellets your feeding is likely 25-30 frozen shrimp?
I have a thing about wrasses atm but agree they can all jump in a heartbeat lol. I cant help but think of the price tag of that Tiger Angel every time i see it and each to their own but I would straight swap it for a Yellow Tang let alone a Purple or a Gem if i did not know the value cause that would be plain dumb! hahaha Beautiful assortment of fish.
Tiger Angel is gorg! So are all the rest of the fish, those clowns are so pretty I like the touch with the Mollies I breed them and they can eat! Always hungry 😊✌🌿💜
the tiger and perhaps the regal were started on pellets at one of the facilities, but I also don't spoil fish with frozen and usually get them started on high quality flakes, and then on to pellets.
Hello Jake! Never saw these orange clowns with just one stripe on the head. Do you know which kind are they and where they're avaible from? Thank you! ;)
Coool ! I was wandering what the Molly's were for . What you feed your fish seems smart ! Do you think it would be good to add a drain on the Tunze skimmer collection cup or not ?
Instead of prophylactics, like fish store use to get fish ready and QT'd in a couple of weeks, I am in no rush so prefer to let them sit and chill for two months or more, depending on the fish
Hi Jake,Just a couple months ago I had a velvet outbreak in my tank. A few fish survived and they are not showing any signs of velvet anymore. Should I resume that now I have velvet in my system I should QT and treat with copper all my fish and leave my tank fishless for 76 days before adding new fish? Thanks.
@@ReefBuildersVideo thanks for the reply I'm thinking about using them as dither fish mainly like what you do to defuse aggression in my reef but thanks nice slow and gradual raising of the salinity thanks for the advice.
Because I like them, there's not really a SW analog, they are fun to breed and they are one heckuva algae eater - they really help to keep the fish tank clean
@@ReefBuildersVideo That's interesting I'v e known that you can acclimate mollies to live in a saltwater aquarium but I didn't realize they could also be a useful addition to the aquarium. There also seem to be many interesting morphs of mollies available today. Thanks for your response
For those of you who don’t know, that Tiger Angel is a $10,000 fish ; also can anyone give me more info on the new damselfish... they as hardy and aggressive as other species? What are they naming the new species?
