I started watching your vlog because I wanted to learn about the Africa Twin, but then I found myself following because of the story and it was less about the bike! Love the production value of your vids. You've done an awesome job!

Cool video, love the drone shots. I rode a friends Africa Twin last year and was really impressed with it. I ended up going with the KTM 1090 instead but these are still great bikes.

Little sad that we won't be pleasantly surprised every time you posted a new video. I really looked forward to that. I did Africa on a Yamaha 650 a year ago but my next trip will be on the Africa Twin. Thanks for testing it. Greetings from Holland

It is a mix feeling for me every time I em back home from longer rides. You are happy that you are home with your loved ones, but in the same time you wish that you just keep on riding. Nice videos William, glad that you are live and well. Hi from Croatia.

William, Dang, Man, before you showed the location caption, I said to myself, "Self, that looks like President Reagan's 'hood, what was that, oh yeah Camino Del Cielo, (Road of the Clouds)." Wow, what a flash-back to 1979, Yamaha XS 750 Triple, liven' in Carpenteria, going to school at Brooks Institute on the old GI Bill, working part time at the Chevron on 101 in Carp, shooting cars for class at the Polo Fields (just slip the grounds keeper a bottle of Jack and you're in!) AND Partying with the local chicas from UCSB, It's a wonder I ever made it back to ol 'Tennessee on that great old triple shafty. Currently I'm sharing my bike love twixt a Sportster (I think the sporty is a bit jealous) and my new Africa Twin. Loving' what you do, brother! This year, I've had an MC license for half a century --hope I get another 50. Keep riding', keep vloggin'! Thank-You, (mancanItellyousomestories)Mike

Hi William, This is the first vlog I follow. I discover it like 2 weeks ago and saw all the episodes in a row, and when I checked the latest (38 or 39) I discovered you were still on your trip. So I watched your vlog like a serie but in the end I discovered that was still happening in real time. Wow So I came to youtube every day to see if you had a new video online. I loved your story, high quality videos and soundtracks. Just wanna thank you for it. PS. I’m Portuguese. It’s unusual to see an American go through Portugal showing so many references of the country and travel with a Portuguese sticker :)

I think you need a bigger garage hehe. With all that beautiful weather you should construct an outdoor bike maintenance area with just a roof for protection. Great vlogs...watched them all. Very inspirational.

G'day, mate do you like me get that feeling when you return home from extended times away that you are seemingly a bit lost and not sure what to do next?, like the I'm home from war I'm different now but everyone Else hasn't changed at the same rate so when someone asks about your trip you tend to tell it in less detail than say a trip to the hardware store when you ran into bob? I am looking at the KLR and the AT. I don't have a bike but thinking about getting one again. I am getting pretty old and creaky. The DCT looks interesting. Which one is harder to pick up for 'when' i drop it? They seem about the same height. Been like twenty years now since i had a bike and want to do some street and some dirt/desert road.
