Vlog 68 - Riding Indonesia with Drop And Roll

This week has been pretty busy with travelling to Indonesia with Drop and Roll for shows. I don't want to bore you with the flying and hotels as it's all fairly standard, the shows have been seen before too so for Vlog 68 I saved filming for when we actually did some riding!
We were a bit tight for time and in the end we only managed this one ride in the city the whole week, it would have been nice to have explored a bit more but we'l be back to do that again I'm sure!
The temperature got into the late 30s which is not something we're used to living in Scotland, it was actually quite hard to ride in but I think we all managed a few lines each that were pretty cool!

Great video loved that gap from the top of the stairs to the rail and enjoyed seeing that guys homemade bikes they looked to be inspired by the arcade being steel and all, very cool

Hi ali. I no you have been to glentress wich is part of the 7 stains and I realy think you should come with the guys to the newcastleton 7 stains tracks. It's about and hour away from peebles where glentress is. It would be awsome if you could come. ☺

Awesome video! I'd be grateful if anyone could recommend disc brakes for street trials use. I'm currently running a set of shimano slx somethings, with 180mm shimano discs. I find that they lack power and modulation for my riding and I'm looking to get a set of higher end brakes. I was thinking about the Magura MT5, as they seem good value for money, but there is a lot of conflicting information on what brakefluid and discs you can use with them. Maybe i should spend a bit more on a set of hope trial zones or tech 3? Or maybe a set of MT7 or completely something else? Also what about running 203mm discs on lower end inspired frames? Cheers!

I often worry for Ali and the other riders in these videos when they're performing dangerous stunts. In this video I'm just worried about Ali's gleaming white British shoulders under the Indonesian sun.
