I’ve just uploaded a new vid ☺️

I mean it can be very difficult to manage patient within 10-15mins esp when it comes to dealing with complex medical conditions as well as mental health issues. I’m a GP Trainee so I have more time to see a patients but I know that even Gp’s with several years of experience struggle with this, especially with the increase demand on NHS.

@@doctortosin If you are unsure of a case, are you allowed to knock in and consult your clinical supervisor ?

@@kulsoomashraf2190 yes your clinical supervisor are there to support you as best as they can. If your unsure about something it’s always best to ask

As a GP trainee your week can vary quite a bit and depends on how the Gp practise organises your schedule but you normally work Monday to Friday with 4-5 sessions seeing Patients. There is also dedicated half day for teaching as well as some time for self directed learning and tutorial with your clinical supervisor.

@@kulsoomashraf2190 Hi, the tutorial are mainly led by the trainee so you able to discuss whatever is relevant to you. So you can discuss cases you’ve found interesting or challenging or go through medical topics etc

Onyeisi justus Hey 👋. No I trained in the UK but there is a doctor called dr pepple who has a RU-vid vid on plab. So make sure to check out his channel.

Also Doctor Nosa on RU-vid followed the plab route.

It all depends on what rotation you get in your first year. But you normally do a GP rotation in your 1st or 2rd year
