Once you get more into fitness what specific workouts would you look forward to trying out at first? Fitness helps me in many ways so I keep at it and have been proud of my results so far. My main focus right now is abs. Congrats on becoming an aunt! Always a delight to briefly interact whenever you have the time. Any challenges you feel so far with nursing?
