If you add more water and some dried ginger powder with black and white pepper . It becomes a sheera , works really well when recovering from cold and cough 😷.

The halwa recipe is great! My mom makes this every winter. If you don’t add water and instead add dry fruits, let it cool down a bit and mould it into small ladoos or Barfi, it tastes yummy!!

In Punjab, we call it “kdah”, and in gurudwaras it’s served as “kadah Prashad.” The besan Kadah is my my favourite though. Try it sometime 🤤💯

The halwa recipe was good! We make the same dish but use wheat flour (atta) instead of besan and it's delicious!

Its called seera i believe, usually sugar ghee and flour are in equal parts and you add 4 times water

Unfortunately I don’t think I can share a medical prescription with you. These are all drugs that have been prescribed by a doctor after examining my father and understanding his parameters . I would recommend seeing a dermatologist .

During winters my dogs (I have 8 of them) get skin problems. Reddish snout and inner ears is common during winters. Vet says it's due to the weather and also the pollens. I use 1tablespoon of coconut oil with their meal once a day on vet's advice. ❤️ To Mars boi. From Mangalore
