I was thinking about one of your FDOE, and I wanted to tell you what I do for croutons in salads! I take a piece of Dave’s bread, cut it into tiny squares, spray with olive oil and whatever seasoning and air fry them. I watch them and shake them until they’re as crispy as I want them. Random but I was wanting to share that with you as an alternative to the crackers 🤪
Hoka is the best! Got a pair this summer and I have used them every single day since! Mainly for walking, but my sister uses hers for running. It feels like you are walking/running on clouds :) SO go for it!
Hoka was highly recommended by my podiatrist for my arthritic toe joint. They helped with that a great deal but gave me new and unusual callouses on my first few long walks. I love them and will invest in another pair, but for me, they seem to require a more dedicated adjustment period than my Adidas or Asics. They're definitely a good-looking shoe, though!
Hey Julia! Awesome video as always. I started wearing Hokas back in April and I already have purchased my 3rd pair. I have an arthritic knee and walking is my main form of cardio, and I’m on my feet all day for my career. I wear the Bondi’s, and they are awesome. Not sure if that particular kind is what you will need for your running…but LOVE my Hokas 🤗 hope this helped.
I'm a fan of the second breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite too. I do enjoy my Hokas, but my feet are the complete opposite of yours -- wide and no arch. I'm still on the hunt for the best running shoe for myself. However, the Hokas have been an upgrade from what I had before. Happy Friday!
I had brooks first!! They wear down sooooo fast so I definitely prefer the bike zoom pegasus over the brooks 110%!!!! So I guess I’ll just stick with them!!
Thanks for the vlog. I'm a runner and I recently discovered Lululemon Blissfeel running shoes. They are the only shoes I run in now. Maybe give em a try? You can always return them to a Lululemon store if you don't like them.
