Love that you're using these mirrors inside. Here in UK they go in the garden, on a garden fence or wall to reflect sunlight and flowers etc. but I love this! X

Amanda just wanted to share something with you. I love the pups! You said that Brooks has lost weight since moving to new house But Brixie has not and she doesn’t like to do much but be lazy. It might not apply to her but my dog was like her & he ended up having a thyroid problem. Got him on a pill. He lost weight became active again & lived to be 16 1/2. I didn’t know if this was something your vet had addressed.

She had a surgery about 4 years ago and ever since then she gained weight and can’t lose any. The dr did say it was common with the surgery she had and they did check her blood work but maybe we will look into specifically thyroid for her.

Same for me I love the idea of carnivore / keto but I didn’t want to commit to that because I don’t think it’s for me 100% so whole30 / Whole Foods has been really great so far !!

I know this is so weird and please don’t take this the wrong way, but I dated someone who had an addiction and it was so hard for me mentally even though he was wanting to be sober anytime he left with out me or went someone I had the thought of him in the back of my head doing the things again. Do you ever feel that way?

Well wanting and doing are two different things so if Joey isn’t actively taking responsibility I would worry yes but since he is those worries aren’t as frequent but of course I still worry occasionally.

I’m built similar to you so I get the frog butt thing lmao I always say I’m all gut no butt… but girl we got them bewbs 🔥 You are absolutely beautiful! I’ve been eating less carbs & more whole foods over the last month and I’m feeling better too. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance last month so this is definitely a lifestyle change. I appreciate that you are eating non processed food. Nicely done. But to reduce confusion whole 30 does not include dairy or beans which I believe you are eating. No shame ❤️if anyone is joining in and wants to do the true program. It’s no sugar, no beans, no dairy, no grains, no alcohol Good luck!! I love the enthusiasm.
