Hi Ashley, love waffling and my latest favorite is potato grill cheese with my Laughing cow! On a kick off powder fuelings and keeping things simple with as little condiments as possible! Leanest lean and lowest carb veggies! Averaging 4-6lbs a week this month! Loving it! Wish I liked coffee, you make it look so good! You are looking fab! Love your posts! Be well!

Agreed about the beans but I started letting it soak in the morning and then cook. Also, add 1/2 of my ground turkey from lean n green to it....love it. Or, there are times I put all my lean in it and eat as my dinner
My order came in: chocolate chip, cinnamon swirl, pudding, double peanut butter crisp, smores, mint choc chip, choc shakes, cinnamon o, and choc chip pancakes! I don't like any of the soups or crunchers
Hey Ashley! I’ve been on Optavia since you started and I’ve been watching your videos since as well. You are so motivating! I’ve gone down and up, but I’m still down from my starting weight. I’m so impressed that you’ve stuck with it for so long!!! Anyways, do you still workout? I didn’t work out when I first started, and I lost 35 lbs. I just want to start back on 5 and 1 and want to work out too, but not sure if I should!
Cheddar biscuit waffled with laughing cow spread on top and a sprinkle of everything bagle seasoning is delicious... the berry drizzle bars make me gag.
My understanding is that 3 table spoons of nut pod creamer = 1 healthy fat. If that's the case then you are having 3 healthy fats instead of 2. Is this right? I was told 1 tablespoon was one condiment. I'm new to this so I might be wrong.
Love the dark chocolate shakes. That’s all I order now, but for some reason they keep on sending me the wrong flavor or 3 of the 8 boxes I ordered. Lol
