I appreciate your update on SIBO and diet labels ❤️ I’ve been struggling with more GI issues than normal recently - I have IBS-M, I’ve been strictly gluten free for several years and I am mostly dairy free. I’m in my young 20s and getting tons of testing done currently, so it can feel exhausting at times. It’s comforting to hear someone online talk about their struggles with GI symptoms and food but how there’s always hope!!

I love your makeup and hairstyles. Have you thought about doing a makeup review for the brand Etee? They are a clean beauty company with biodegradable clean packaging. Hi Lindsey! This was such a cute vlog, but it kind of sucked to see you out in public maskless, in a public indoor space that should be accessible to everyone (including people who are high-risk for covid and other viruses because of conditions like autoimmune disorders, like yourself, and care to avoid sickness)-while you were presenting sick/cold symptoms. When you feel sick, you should wear a mask in public, so you don't get other people sick. Viruses like Covid and rhinovirus (which causes colds) are airborne, so not wearing a mask in public means you're fine with other people catching the bug that you have. I live in LA too (hi!) and am one of the few people still masking in all indoor public spaces because of inconsiderate folks who choose to go out in public knowingly sick and spread their sickness to others. It sucks. There are disabled people who literally are still stuck in self-isolation because people refuse to mask when they are sick. Moreover, wearing a mask is helpful at all times anyway, because you can be sick and just not showing symptoms. Plus, 1 out of 5 people with Covid get Long Covid-and having post viral symptoms is even more likely if you have immune-related issues already, like yourself. Just my two cents-community care still matters. When you know better, you do better. ❤ P.S. I don't need anyone commenting on this "the pandemic is over"-it is not. The pandemic never ended, only the policies protecting us from it.
