VLOG: new furniture, settling into our renovated North Carolina house

I'm a few years older than you so it feels nostalgic (in a good way) to watch you make a home with your husband. My life is a bit more chaotic now with two kids so I appreciate the calming vibe of your videos 😅

I feel like you need a way larger console/credenza in the dining room and maybe you can use the table you have elsewhere? Just a thought ☺️

Just my opinion, but I think taller lamps would look best in your guest bedroom!

Mushroom lamp looks better because its taller but both beautiful

Neither lamp, they’re too small. Use the dinning room lamps in the bedroom. And a bigger console table. You have large spaces, don’t be afraid to use large pieces. Small pieces in big rooms don’t make big statements.

I prefer the mushroom lamps... the other one seems too short? But maybe could work if you boosted it up a little bit by putting it on some books?

I'm from South Africa, and here, our animals are free to move in and out doors as they wish. Keeping animals locked up in the house and only taking them outside occasionally is cruel.

Sorry but neither lamp works. You need something taller. And a picture over the bed to make the room look larger.
