Hey there, unfortunately places like train stations and major attractions like Disney land are packed. These are things that I do every now and then. Can’t really avoid those crowds. But in my everyday life I’m not surrounded by crowds. If you prefer being in small rural areas I’d say make sure to job hunt for similar areas here in china. 🌸 I loved my small town in Korea so when I was job hunting I preferred to be in smaller cities instead of places like Beijing or Shanghai. To avoid having to board buses and subways to get to and from work I made sure to find an apartment close to my school (walking distance) - as buses and subways can get crowded at times. As for how I deal with being outside, it’s difficult for me to answer really. I just deal with it. But I’ve found it’s easier to deal with when I’m accompanied by someone else. When I don’t have that then I plug in my headphones listen to music or watch a show to distract me from feeling uncomfortable/ anxiety by the stares. Another thing I do is Have an exit strategy or position myself near the edges of a crowd so that I have the ability to leave if necessary. You could also (where possible) Choose times to go places when there aren't likely to be crowds, such as shopping at night or online and avoiding big sales
