I am on a debt free Journey and paying off stuff. I am cleaning declutterring my house and using one of my rooms maybe for filming. I make a good amount of money at my job but I am always stressed out. However, I’ve found my stride on youtube and it’s growing in my favor so I am excited, I can’t wait to do it full time !! Your vlogs are always so calming and inspiring! I feel you on the monthly cycle fatigue. I’ve been struggling for many years! What helps me is eating healthy especially the 10 days before my cycle, working out/walking, resting when I need to, making sure I’m taking my supplements: multivitamins, vitamin B12, iron and Omega 3. Also look into healing teas that focus on balancing your hormones. Planning my month carefully making sure to get the most done the first 2 weeks I get off my menstrual. Low stress is essential and listening to your body as I see you do. ❤

Hi, Rochelle lol you are so right with the 1st lesson you spoke about. I also worked in Manufacturing. As a Supply Chain Planner and a Electrical Mechanical Buyer. For a German company names Festo Corporation USA they are world wide. A beautiful company to work for. And yes you come in contact with Engineers from all over the world. And I never felt less than or inadequate! Thank God I was the type of person. Took it upon myself to volunteer to learn new things. Or I would always volunteer to be involved with testings. That the IT department would always have. I used all that I learned to teach co-workers. The processes and I would create step by step procedure in in a document. That everyone could refer to. I love my job the company was so amazing to the staff. Oh, bro don't get NO, he was trying so hard, wow! TROUBLE....Rochelle, you fine these men they gone be all over you, FRFR. Hi Rochelle! I can totally relate regarding feeling exhausted. I'm deficient in vitamin D and iron. I've always struggled with maintaining normal levels. It takes effort and consistency on my part, which I haven't done a good job at. Vitamin D injection has helped. Getting iron IV in the past has also helped, but it's hard to find IV therapy centers that offer iron IV.
Sorry you weren't feeling well. I used to feel Ike that when I had my cycle. Maybe checking your iron levels will help. Rest when your body tells you to❤

Girl I go through the same thing Sometimes I feel chromos and it’s hard to get up You might need more vitamin D When I lived in Florida, it rarely happened because I was always outside and if I felt like that, I was gonna lay by the pool Also when I used to go to the beach a lot something about the ground on my bare feet, gave me energy as well Now I think about it, I really wanna move back ❤️❤️🤣❤️❤️

I noticed it because I was that girl who used to always walk around barefoot when I was younger outside of my house and when I wear sneakers or shoes for some reason, it makes me tired Like my cousin asked me why do I work out with slides and it’s feel free to release energy But for me to regain the energy, I walk, barefoot in the grass or in the sand
