Glad you’re back! People don’t understand farm life until they live in a rural area. My last house was in a rural North Carolina neighborhood. There was always an animal on the loose. Goats, chickens, dogs, cats, you name it! The only one that bothered me was dogs because that’s more of a safety issue.
I love the pig adventures. For some reason the birds eye view of Finley talking to us about the shed production is a FANTASTIC angle. I have no idea why I like it the best so far, but just to add my 2 cents. I'm so glad for this vlog. I have been checking IG to make sure I saw it pronto. ❤
I watch you in disbelief that we’re in our mid 20s. Fully we were teen children when I started watching you. Love watching you two put so much love and work into your home!
Finley is so energetic! He going to need a chiropractor to help with his back & muscles! Love the new bangs, looks great on you! Yes the hogs has a new place to sleep!
loved watching the piggy palace building process! the girls are going to be so happy with it. its so nice to see them and the whole fam adjusting to VT farm life. 🥰
I’ve been watching this throughout my night time routine, it was so nice 🥰 I’m so happy you’re in New England now, vlogmas will be here SO soon ahhhh!!! Love you 🫶😘🫶 lolol
I loved the fall adventures in this vlog and seeing some bits of VT!! Personally the Finley parts in this vlog were a lot for me and started to feel more like Finleys vlog/channel…missed my Meghan content!! ❤
I've been watching you since you were like 16 but, I love how real and regular your vlogs are!! even though i'm probably not gonna be owning animals or renovating a whole house I still find interest in watching all your vlogs and learning a lot from you and finn!! 💖
Fin cam is one of my fav things from the new Reno vlogs. I never get that male perspective, and it’s really inspiring to see him just learn to do things, and see things through despite hurdles. Also, he just has a lot of random knowledge and provides tips and tricks that I think, one day I’ll need to remember.
The great pig escape 😂 that's amazing they sniffed out the apple tree. Just remember that you don't need to justify or explain your reasoning to random opinionated people all the time. (Or continue to, that's okay too!) Haha 😂 I just don't want you guys stressing out. You guys know your pigs/your life more than anyone! ❤
I’ll admit, I’ve been worried about the piggies! But I’ve watched you long enough to know that you love those girls like children and would only do what is best for them ❤ love you all!!
Love finding out im in alignment with my fav youtube girly- i literally impulsively cut bangs two days ago and now i feel seen and heard. Fall calls for braids and bangs babbyyyyy
I cannot count the number of times our pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, horses, and cows got out of their pens and ended up in random barns or at neighbors' houses. Sometimes it would be all of them at once, or days at a time lol. It's the way of country life. And I imagine it's hard to understand if you haven't lived that life!
I really like these vlogs - having spent a lot of time in the New England area I am anxious to see how the winter unfolds for you. The Nor'easters can be quite an experience. A good driveway clearing guy will become your best friend....
I love that you are so open and informative when it comes to your pigs. Made me think of my favorite little story, so apologies if this is a bit long. I live/work on a farm on the coast of Oregon. We recently got 4 Kunekune piglets and are working on training them. I have adopted one of the males his name is Mr. Blaze (after Blaze Foley) he's the best lil boy, he is also a lil goober. We are rotating them around the property along with our ducks and goats to help clear and regenerate the new piece of land we purchased. I build a new pen for the pigs to root in/clear every week. On this particular week I was in a rush and just assumed they wouldn't push their way out of the pen seeing as how they had all the yummy blackberries and some apples I picked in the pen.....I was wrong. I arrived back to the property before dinner time to the owners daughters telling me what they call "Blazes Great Adventure". Apparently around dinner time Blaze got impatient, pushed right through the gate door I propped up and proceeded to enter the goat enclosure....these goats are petrified of the pigs (something we are working on) Blaze frolicked around with them for a while as they screamed. When he had enough he then did a nice lap around property, ate some of the little pumpkins we are growing along with fallen asian pears. When the girls finally found him he was skipping down our driveway headed over to the neighbors hahaha Pigs are so funny! I walk around property with Blaze often to get him used to the property and know boundaries. I just related so hard to your little story about ducky and peach wandering off, it's a bit nerve racking in the moment but they never get far and our neighbors are also friendly farmers who get it hahaha Good luck on the new property and pig enclosure! I've followed you since high school, I truly only watch 6 people on youtube and your one of my favorites! A truly lovely mix of gardening, farming, real life shenanigans, quality jokes, thrifting, and eco livin'! I Lived in rural Virginia last year with my partner, Vermont after college and now Oregon so it's been so fun watching you venture to those parts as well, we are kinda doing a lil parallel/opposite thing hahaha thank you for being the most wonderful, also Finley is a remarkable uhaul packer and congrats on the new home in Vermont!
LOL I audibly cackled when Finley said he “needs to bring out the muscles” and proceeds to take his hoodie off only to reveal shirtless Jacob Black merch underneath 😂😂
The hogs are too cute!!! I missed them!! Also Meghan, i just closed on a house a week ago, your videos have made me so excited to finally be a homeowner! I want to start filming renovations as well, you inspired me, hehe. We did it!!!!! I did the survey in your comments for the shed giveaway, wooooo 🫡🫶🏽 love ya!
I really enjoy these longer vlogs. About a month ago my neighbor’s pigs took a very long walk and it took us half a day to find them. Anyway the bangs are cute on you!
Omg yay I've been wanting another vlog so badly and seeing the autumn Vermont vibes! What are the odds I'm on RU-vid as soon as you upload?! Enjoy the amazing weather, I'm in MA and the foliage is unreal rn! 🍁🍂💛🧡
kind of a basic suggestion, but as someone with chronic pain, motrine has been a lifesaver on my especially bad days. Obviously it can't be taken all the time, but its a great anti-inflammatory, and works way better than tylenol/advil.
Lol 😂 I thought I was the only person on earth who would randomly start singing song lyrics, one of my favorites is “Buy U a Drink” by T-Pain… a song I noticed Fin was also singing in this video… 😎 I love both of y’all’s energy and I really love the piggies and the puppies. Watching all of you as a family makes my inner “farmer” heart happy 🥰 Also, Megan I love the bangs, they look so good on you! 😊
Such a great vlog, thank you so much for all the updates,I been waiting on ya lol ❤ also love seeing Sasha and Lala in your video,so fun..anyways thanks ya 😊❤✌
