Happy Mental Illness Awareness weeek! Today, I wanted to talk about something very dear to my heart, mental health. I can't wait to exist in a more neurodiverse world that is genuinely inclusive. Until then, we will talk about it.
Greetings Brave Soul!! 🙌🙌🙌Hearing this, I feel like dancing!! You taking on this challenge - so inspiring to show others it can be done - AND - with mental/emotional awareness, compassion and love for ourselves. You embody the change that I see/feel/hear brings me alive!! What can I do to help others to take care of their mental health? I can promote that This IS what most people experience and that it IS health-FULL to acknowledge self-love and care is NOT an option - it is Imperative to Thrive. I can listen more, acknowledge both myself and others more, be more communicative, work on my own emotional intelligence, promote and support needing supportive growth boundaries to manage health needs and extensive unity mindset that allows seeing and taking on others as a part of who I Am. To ask myself and others what they may feel/need specifically, while offering up meeting needs in ways that acknowledge myself and others. Know myself and ask others their preferences. Be more culturally competent and aware. Be curious and make way more requests to offer respect and honor one another's precious lives. Got to say - listening to, acknowledging, understanding feelings and needs of self and others to initially create safe, nurturing, nourishing and ultimately enriching space is ALL about being at (y)our best. Also letting others know in reciprocity and energetic ways how their ease, contentment, safety and joy brings you same in creating and holding safe space.
